That was a fantastic ending, and it couldn't have happened to a better fan base.

I watched the first game of the Finals last night. I hope the rest of the games are more competitive than that one.

Man If I'm the cavs, I get rid of JB and get Budenholzer now. JB is not a good coach in the post season. Budenholzer would take this team where we need to go

This is what it feels like to live near a winning city. 2 championship parades in a year.
Denver is the first western conference team to win the finals that is not from Cali or Texas since 1979.
It's supposed to be hard! If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great!

If he keeps his head on straight, and adds aome muscle to his frame, he might be something. He was once a highly rated players.

Destined for d-league. Not a good pick but we already gave all our draft capital up. So now we are stuck trying to catch lightning in a bottle for a few years

I think he's a decent pick for where he was taken. He is able to create a little, and can hit a decent level of outside shots. He is destined for the D League, and hopefully he'll develop, as Dean Wade did. Not a star, but maybe a useful player in the right circumstances.

These are the type of deals fantasy basketball teams send to each other.

Strus was a great pickup, addition by subtraction with Cedi and Stevens leaving.. They couldn't be counted on for consistency.. Im glad to see LaVert back, there was a stretch at the end of last year we don't win half the games without LaVert. Niang will be that bench guy to come in and get points but his defense is non-existent. He doesn't really move the needle at all one way or another but he adds shooting and we need that.. strus is the piece for this offseason but I am concerned we really are just adding offense and these guys are actually more known for NOT playing defense..Thats tough as a wing. I am wondering if Allen gets moved, he's a decent guy but playoffs exposed him. I would have rather have Markhannen than him.

Wewll, he's a big, for little to no cost. (except salary) I don't know that he brings a whole lot, but he also costs very little.

What are the details of the Damien Jones trade?
I am not a big NBA fan....was it for money, a player, or draft pick?

Well Bates started slow in Game 1 of the summer league, but he has gotten better every game. Bates, Merrill, Nance, and Mobley have all played, along with really the whole team.

Cavs won the Summer League Championship, Isiah mobley, Merrill and Bates were lights out the whole tournament.. Merrill could be the answer to our shooting woes.. The elder mobley is def. the better shooter out of the brothers.. He's looked to have improved his overall game since last year.

The elder mobley is def. the better shooter out of the brothers.. He's looked to have improved his overall game since last year. I never watched a game live, but watched the extended highlights from the games. Merrill did look good. Sort of a Steve Kerr sharpshooter. All teams need that off the bench. My only question is his age. I think he is 27. Some people are late bloomers, but I still wonder why he hasn't stuck with a team for any length of time? If he shot like that before, he would already be on a NBA roster and playing meaningful minutes. Even winning games on last second shots. Mobley just seems like another guy to me. We are pretty good in the Bigs department, but if he can hold up and give 10 or so solid minutes a game, it might open up the possibility of trading guy like Allen. Bates is the wildcard. Talent no doubt. I question if he can get his mind right. Only time will tell there. I also question if he can play team basketball or if he is just a 1 on 1 freak? If he can get it together, we might have something in that kid. At this point, it is up to him. Coaches can stress those things, but they really can't coach team play. I hope the guy gets it together. He has the ability to have a 12 year NBA career.

congrats to the Cavs on the summer league title ... let's hope it somehow helps next year
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."
