Not PPE, but I can provide the answer.
It's not in his profile to be displayed, therefore it will not be picked up by the board to give him the cake icon or "BD today". His choice.
The reason is unbeknownst except to him......perhaps he wanted to start his own BD thread if he chose to do so as he did here, or perhaps he thought that he may be embarassed or feel slighted if it was in his profile and he did get the cake icon but no one started a thread for him due to having to tolerate him over the years.
You may not realize it shotty, but boisebanger is a cantankerous old codger who can be an ass on many an occasion, but especially on days of the week that end with the letter "y".
I once saw him charge his grandmother admission to a play he was appearing in when he was a high school student.
He used to shake down the younger kids for their milk money too. He called it "protection." Protection from what? I saw all of this with me own two eyes.
Many on here probably didn't even know that he and I grew up together. Oh good gracious the stories I could tell if we only had the time. Just ask him for the time, he'll tell ya to go find a watch, that's what he'll do.
You know what else about him? He’s afraid nobody will remember him when he’s gone. Gee, I can think of several reasons he’ll be remembered. He wouldn’t like any of them, but I can think of them.
Have you read any of his posts in the Pure Football forum?? With most people, the left side of your brain does some things, and the right side does others. In his case, however, neither side seems to do a whole lot.
Okay, I'm tired of looking at roast jokes......

Happy Birthday Boise! My 50th is coming up in February and wonder if you see things any different today than you did yesterday? I Don't see things as clearly as I did when I was 20 but that is due to my eye site.  And what is the difference between an old fart and a young one? 
Just wait till next season, I have heard that for over 40 years!
