He cracked me up in those old Cheech and Chong movies and in Pee Wee's Big Adventure.

The Saturday morning Playhouse was treat, as well.
The secret word, Penny cartoon....

....and of course Morphius, as Cowboy Curtis.

Funny guy. I think I first saw him on some HBO comedy special. Kind of a slap stick take off from some old Jerry Lewis. Good stuff.

Well done Paul...RIP

If I was still drinking I would have a pee wee Herman drink in his honor today.

Jack and a little squirt.

RIP Pee Wee.

It's funny but my buddy and I were golfing last Friday and Pee Wee's name was brought up. -- We were talking about the "Word of the Day" on Pee Wee's playhouse. - Where somebody would say the "word of the day" and the cast would go crazy. Days later, we heard of Paul Reuben's passing. Sad.

I'll never forget being a kid in the '80s and my mom dropping off my older sister at the mall with her friends to see Pee Wee's Big Adventure. -- My second-grade-self begged and begged to go and watch the movie and my mother would never place that burden on my sister. lol.

I ended up seeing the movie on VHS when it came out, and couldn't tell you how many of my friends and I tried to figure out how to make our bikes fly. smile

The first time I saw "Pee Wee's Big Adventure" I was in stitches right from the start.

The Playhouse and the character was really funny.

I don't remember any details but wasn't he in trouble for exposing himself?

Anyway the character Pee Wee was funny. I don't know if he did anything else?
