At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

legendary NFL figure. RIP Gil
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Gil Brandt was a pioneer in the development of how players were evaluated.
He was a giant in the NFL and rightful member of Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Many of today's scouts work off the methodology developed by Gil Brandt.
RIP Mr. Brandt.

Praying for his family ...

Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

I really enjoyed listening to him on Sirius XM radio. He was still very sharpe and had an amazing memory.
Welcome back, Joe, we missed you!
