We've made it ... really tough game to start the year. Our offense worries me, especially with having to keep up with Cincinnati off the bat

The verdict on whether or not safety Juan Thornhill (calf) will play looked iffy as DC Jim Schwartz came over for the consult. Thornhill didn’t look optimistic, but that’s not a no yet.

Maybe. I think McLeod should be solid. I'm curious to see who the 3rd safety ends up being. Hickman is a wild card.

Safety Juan Thornhill is among #Browns inactives today. Right calf injury will sideline him. Rodney McLeod to start in his place. Other inactives: CB Kahlef Hailassie, C Luke Wypler, DE Isaiah McGuire and DT Siaki Ika.

Yeah, having an UDFA in his first game against the Bengals is tough lol McLeod and Delpit should be starting. I'm not sure how much our 3rd safety will see the field. I am curious about how much this changes/changed the plan as far as packages. I'm guessing Schwartz had contingencies in place in case Thornhill couldn't go.
