At first I was skeptical, because high figures all get away with buying crap that's way too expensive. You can read the ADA violations year over year and you're always seeing some detached, aristocratic yahoo in some type of office that he/she only received because they were a donor, go out and buy expensive furniture that is ridiculously overpriced. Happens more often than John Q. Public cares to note because so many crazy other headlines turn over every day.
BUUUUT, I was intrigued by the cover-up. Definitely adds a whole new layer. That is quite crazy. Also crazy that she tried to pull the rug out on the FOIA investigation. I hope she gets nailed.
Oddly enough, DeSantis is trying to reduce that same type of transparency in Florida as well.

Truth. If you check out some of the ADA violations, you see office furniture purchases in the tens of thousands for a plush office for an ambassador or political appointee that doesn't make many - if any - headlines, but they didn't even bother covering up. She definitely added a much larger layer of culpability if what this guy says is true.
