I think there are cases when both sides go too far as well. And from the fringes of both parties I take some flack myself. So I know where you're coming from. But I think each issue is separate. Even if I agree with someone 80% or 90% of the time doesn't mean I'll agree with them all of the time. On the vast majority of things I would say we agree.

I said "you helped". Not that you were solely responsible.

I never get mad at you either. I know you're one of the good guys.

The big problem with this argument is that the stuff being pushed by the GOP in other states (like Ohio) is not that far off from what's going down in TX. There's a certain group of politicians that have built a certain brand and are remarkably consistent, which makes it harder to try to split the hairs that you are right now.

"Excuse me, sir, how would you like your coffee? The options are as hot as molten steel or frozen into a block."

"Can't I just get it at a sensible level of hot?"

"No. One or the other."

I’ll take the molten steel and wait a couple decades for things to cool, thank you.

It is real life kabuki theater, theatre of the absurd. Except for the real consequences.

Politicians playing “ I am smarter than a Doctor.” Well this is how it looks, and it is not right.

That's why I refer to you as enlightened. As you are aware, I'm not a big abortion guy,.. I just don't think it's a decision that should be left to politicians. That decision should be left to a mom and her doctor or pastor. I should not be allowed to make that decision for anyone... Neither should you.

I believe he believes the father should have a say. Even if the father was irresponsible by having unprotected sex out of wedlock.

Thats where we differ bro. I see zero difference between ending the life of a 1 day old, or one month old, or 10 year old child and aborting a baby for convience sake. How ticked would you be if people were killing off several hundred thousand of there own 1 day to 10 year old children every year.

If GOPers could find their way to BUTT OUT of others bedrooms, women wouldn’t be going through this. You can always tell a republican by if they’re all up in everybody else’s business and not paying attention to their own. Pearl clutching old women is all the entire GOP has been since the end of the Reagan era. Now they are that with fascist ideals.
