Way to go Myles.
He has worked really hard to achieve this award. It means something to him. It was a goal.
Myles has been everything and then some after we selected him number one in the draft. Not all number ones pan out. Myles has.
I hope he can push us to a Super Bowl victory.

I think fans, or sportswriters for that matter, who use stats as a significant judgement criteria in ebaluating players, have come by this at least partly as a result of fantasy leagues. I also think fantasy sports result in a lot of fans thinking they can be a stay-at-home GM. Our back up TE, WR, RB sucks? let's get this guy who put up big numbers somewhere else and just slide him into our system. How can you miss? Or? why don't we just offer a low draft pick for that "other" player who would be a huge upgrade over our guy. It doesn't matter that it would take a first round pick to get him, his team would gladly take a 4th rounder just to get rid of him. Delusion.

happy for Myles BUT...I can't be a browns homer on this one, TJ was the better defensive player this year. If the argument is that TJ lines up against the RT the majority of the time, how come ZSmith doesn't have elite stats? especially with Myles getting the double teams he should be dominating. I DO think that Myles should've had 1 more sack count towards his total, the one he had on a 2pt attempt (I forget against who), but that didn't count even though it was a scoring play. Also Myles did have a blocked FG, don't think TJ ever had one
