At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Seeing as he’s had 9 catches in 3 years I think it’s safe to say he’s a blocking TE

I'm biased as I was getting really tired of the Harrison Bryant experiment last year... but I felt like this was really all Bryant was bringing to the table last season. Overall, he seemed like a VERY mediocre tight end. To that end, Ricci seems like a more purpose-built player for role that we had Bryant in last season.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Unfair as this is to Bryant, I can't get past his major drop in the first Steeler game on the first series. Right in his hands, knocks it into the air, right to a Steeler with an easy path to the end zone.
I did enjoy the creativity on short yardage plays when he lined up under center. We ran at least 3 totally different plays from that formation, and it worked a lot. I am pretty sure defenses had no idea what play was coming next when we lined up.

From looking at PFF he mostly plays on Special Teams on the kickoff/Punt returns and the coverage units.

I also can't find any stats on him. But I'm willing to keep an open mind.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
