I actually consider it a very sound strategy. This is going to be a very tight election as it stands now. In 2020 seven swing states were decided by 3% or less. Now RFK Junior may not have an impact of 3% in all of these states but it will take even less than that in some swing states.
As I think you can see it is so close even a small fraction of a percentage point in these swing states could decide the election in 2024. Now don't get me wrong here. I'm not a fan of nor do I endorse using quid pro quo in the exchange of power for votes. But as with many things I don't believe men from almost 250 years ago could have ever seen things like this happening in the future. Thus as far as I know it isn't illegal even if it should be.
It isn't illegal, nor should it be.
Maybe it should be illegal to kick out a viable candidate who received the votes to gain the nomination and replaced by a hand picked candidate. That sounds like voter nullification. Plus, why would RFK support the Dems after the way they treated him.
Even a Kennedy doesn't recognize the modern day Democratic party.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
It's not the "tough prosecutor" part I was questioning, it was the "never heard" and "anything but."
I was responding to Damanshot.
Truth be told, I didn't actually see your remarks. My mouse is equipped with a scroll wheel. I only read this one of yours, because my name was in the header.

My submission was dropped in this group conversation as a Master Class on her technique. Prosecutorial prowess on display.
You saw my post. You saw my video receipts. You knew the point I was making.
There is a reason why You & I engage infrequently:
"I've been in this game for years."
Pro Tip: please use the "reply" button, instead of the "quote" button. Seasoned posters will still be able to follow the thread, reference my original post... and you won't burn through Prp's precious bandwidth with lazy technique.
I suppose that depends on what your definition of uncommon means. From your link......
"Theodore Nash sees only a few dozen patients a year in his clinic at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland....... “Nobody knows exactly how many people there are with it in the United States,” says Nash, who is the chief of the Gastrointestinal Parasites Section at NIH. His best estimate is 1,500 to 2,000."
With a population of about 315 million people, I would consider 1500, to 2000 cases pretty rare.

In your haste you must have missed this part of my post which doesn't surprise me.... "I actually consider it a very sound strategy." Nowhere did I even hint that it was illegal.
You may wish to inform the rest of the Kennedy family that they aren't supposed to recognize the modern day Democratic party either.
Let's face it Peen, every family has a crazy uncle and RFK Jr. is theirs.
And you obviously believe and repeat yet another trumpian lie. Nobody "kicked Biden out". But I do understand considering the person you advocate to be our next president that putting the country first by stepping aside to give up power would seem like a totally foreign concept to you.

Why? If she's honest, and you're not guilty of anything
Luckily she if facing a man whom a jury found guilty on 34 felony counts and another jury found liable of sexual assault and not any of us. That is something she has shown she does very well.

I’ve seen her thunder away in those settings. She’s operating from a position of power and authority. She’s not the one being questioned. She’s the one who gets to do the questioning.
That’s very different than than being questioned or interviewed or debated where you are expected to have knowledge about topics, be able to think on your feet, articulate, and get people to understand you. She’s much different in those settings. She hasn’t been good at all. She doesn’t exhibit much intelligence when the rabbit has the gun.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

You make a point worthy of consideration. And I agree with the running sentiment that she needs to get in front of us without a script. Unscripted interviews, press conferences, et al should be de rigueur.
At the same time, if a debate involves impromptu exchanges between he and she, she will most likely dip into her prosecutor's bucket, and toss a hot ladle of whoopass on him like she did those other three boys. When she focuses on a train of thought/trail of evidence/cross examination, she's extremely focused and disciplined. Team Trump will do anything/everything they can to keep him off the witness stand, and out of her crosshairs.
Most recent headline/fun fact: debate terms are now being bandied between the two camps. "Live mic/muted mic" is now a point of contention. Team Trump is lobbying as hard as they can for the muted mic approach. Ostensibly, it's because his team doesn't trust him to maintain message discipline for 90 whole minutes. Team Harris is advocating for "open mic night" for the exact same reason. Both camps have done a 180°, and are moonwalking to their new postures. Tactics have changed, because the game has changed. Nobody on Team Biden wanted Donald Trump to debate 2024 Joe Biden the way he debated 2016 Hillary Clinton, so they were totally cool with using the mute switch. To Trump's credit, he exercised some discipline that night, because he instinctively knew his opponent was on the ropes. The tables have turned now.
It will be interesting to see how this shakes out- or if there will even be a debate at all.
He's trying to equate "animal "dissection" and taxidermy" to dumping a bear carcass in a park and using a chain saw to cut off a whales head. I've never heard of a chain saw being used in dissection. Mutilation maybe but not dissection. My how things can be twisted in painting a picture that doesn't exist.

Tulsi Gabbard hasn't been a democrat since October of 2022. But that was a nice try at deception. And by using the word deception I'm being kind. But that's what happens when you get your information from X.
