I liked him on NFL Network, has a good voice. Plus, his ears make me laugh.

Andrew seems like a good guy.
He loves the Browns and has that enthusiasm for the team.
You have to give Andrew a lot of credit. Television has a thing about image. Andrew had lots to overcome to get to where he is.
He is a hometown guy getting to call games for the Browns.
Bravo to you Andrew.

Siciliano is a good choice. He went wild calling the game last year when the Browns beat the 49ers. Prefer him to Chris Rose.

does Chris Rose still host a cleveland show?
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Bravo to you Andrew. He actually isn’t a hometown guy. He was born and grew up in the DC area. His father was a huge Browns fan and that’s where he got his love for the Browns and Guardians. His father I believe was a local guy. Andrew has stated his dream job was to be the Browns play by play announcer.

does Chris Rose still host a cleveland show? I know he does preseason games and joins local radio shows with some regularity. As far as a Cleveland Show, I'm not sure.

Plus I think I've heard him say he has a bunch of family here in Cleveland, but yes, not born here.

Bell never offered much other than catch and fall down. Stefanski was giddy about Bell on draft day.

He was over rated coming out of Purdue Yeah he caught alot of passes but lacked the ability To blow the top off a defense. Yet again the Andrew Berry shows he can't draft WRs

Yet again the Andrew Berry shows he can't draft WRs I don't need all my WRs to be able to blow the top off the defense. Being able to catch clutch balls in traffic to keep a drive going is a great thing to have as well. Unfortunately he either teases that but cannot, or he could but never gets a look. I don't think we will look back on the season and think this was the move that tanked us.

I’m not surprised. We gave Bell two years and he didn’t do very much. I wish him well, but other WRs outplayed him.

https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profo...to-non-participant-in-thursdays-practiceNot looking good. If Conklin goes down we’re stuck with Hudson at LT. I’m hopeful cutting Bell means some tackle depth soon

does Chris Rose still host a cleveland show? When did Rose host a show in CLE? You thinking of Jay Crawford? As memphis mentioned, Rose did the Browns preseason games.

WRs that separate downfield and get behind defenses have simply longer careers than WRs that can catch in traffic The question begs yet again " how come this franchise can't properly draft WRs??" Yeah great the Haslams can buy FA WRs to compensate for ABs inability to draft WRs. But Bell just joins a list with The likes of Corey Coleman , Paul Hubbard , Greg Little Braylon Edwards, Travis Wilson , Quincy Morgan , Andre Davis And a million others

He’s a Cleveland guy though right? Yep. He grew up in Shaker Heights and went to the same private school that J-Dubs kids attend. University School. Rose's kids were all raised in Cleveland, if I recall. I believe he's mentioned that. Raised them here before moving out to L.A. for work.

I don't think it is this organization. I just went back and looked at the Ravens and it seems that they have never drafted a WR that amounted to much. I think that WR may be a hard position to draft. There seems to be loads of WRs coming out of college that are very highly though of however upon entering the NFL don't live up to the expectation. Others are drafted in mid to late rounds and go on to be superstars. Seems like an almost total crap shoot at that position.

Was he any good? I assume just having to ask that means the answer is no.
I have no problem with Berry taking low-risk gambles like this. If the guy comes in and still doesn't have his head screwed on straight (most likely) then we let him go and aren't any worse for wear.
