It was a fun game. Syracuse started strong and finished strong. UNLV is fun too

Vandy has pulled Bama into deep waters… shoving them under.

I guess the question is, how far Bama will fall… and this leads me to believe that college football rankings are now useless. - How could Bama possibly be lower than Georgia after beating them, but how could you possibly keep Bama in the top 5 after losing to Vandy.

It’s time for CFB to get rid of seeding and move to something similar to what the NFL has in place.

True poser that. Vandy's Commodores whipped Number One? Consider they deserve some representation in the expanded field, at least logically and at least arguably. In effect, they won their "play in" challenge game and should be rewarded, just like 'Bama was, the same rationale for bumping up. Certainly a perceived bias favoring SEC. OSU isn't getting the same kind of promotion, coverage, and love. Academies are fighting uphill and several are undefeated. Seeding is artificial and subjective, more than some support. Later in season, some faves will be rewarded with phrases like "body of work" and "strength of schedule" to rationalize subjectivity in ranking and other decisions. Something major happened. Oh, and Buckeyes won.

Pat McAfee has made watching Gameday unbearable. His constant constant loud babbling and overtalking everyone has ruined the show.

Yeah, he has become way too much of a caricature ... IMO he used to be better when he was more subtle

Man, USC got hosed on 2 blatant PI non calls in OT. Welcome to the B1G!

That was the stupidest ending to a game I think I've ever seen. 1st down, ball on the 30, a field goal wins it, 30 seconds left. I was screaming at the TV "RUN THE BALL". You pick up 3 or 4 yards Oregon has to use a TO. Do it again & do it again. Unless you fumble or hold you kick the game winner as time expires.

j/c..

I've said it before in previous seasons; Ryan Day is John Cooper 2.0. It's somewhat of a slap in the face to Cooper because Day has far more talent.

Day cannot win the big ones.

Buckeyes threw one away last night. Really dumb final set of downs

Those non calls were obvious to anyone watching. What happened before that is irrelevant to my point.

Not sure that game management was on the table as a topic with that crucial final series. Our secondary wasn't exposed too much. Day choked; Kelly with the assist. We had opportunities with Oregon mistakes. We need to consider who is handling D secondary. Felt like this should have been OSU, but the big play gouges insisted on the loss. Seen it before for OSU big game losses. They pick a few secondary guys, pick on a few weak sisters, to get the win. We deserved to lose IMO. Clock is vital.

I’ve tuned away from it since the game ended. I’m traveling the rest of the week. So the local team talked about won’t be the Ducks.

I can't believe Texas is getting beat like this so far ... 23-0 at half

Kyle McCord has 5 INT's tonight, including a couple pick 6's. Think the Buckeye's are missing him?

5 INTs and 3 Pick 6's

Is anyone watching the Buckeye's game? If so, did you see that Northwestern DB try to break Jeremiah Smith's ankle? It was blatantly obvious, the announcers didn't say a word about it. He limped off, I hope he's ok.

I saw it on replay. It sure looked intentional to me.

On the TV coverage it wasn't that clear. But that video makes it abundantly obvious. I hope the NCAA takes action.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
