Which is exactly my point. You are a person who thinks you have a right to impose your opinion on every woman in America. And you're not alone. But it's far from "almost everybody".

So rights aren't rights depending on who you are? When it comes to people having rights it's usually on a national level. Civil rights was not left up to each state. Women's right to vote was not left up to the states. But somehow you think a woman's right to choose should be left up to the states. You basically are endorsing that a woman's rights should be decided based on where they live and not that all women should have rights equally, everywhere.

I know you wish to make that sound like a different topic but this is about women having the right to choose. It is about women having the same rights everywhere in this country. But as I stated earlier, I knew you would dodge that part of the discussion like the plague and you haven't failed me yet.

But for some reason men want to control women's decisions about what's going on in their uterus. I still haven't figured out their fascination with that.

Yet want to deny women of their option. Hmmmmmm.....

So what rights a woman has or doesn't have depends on where they live and what rights the people who live there thinks those women should have. It sounds pretty odd when you say that out loud.... " I don't want women to have the same rights where I live as they do in other places."

The U.S Constitution is the written list of laws for the United States of America. James Madison is known as the Father of the Constitution because, in 1789, he wrote the first 10 amendments.

The 10th Amendment to the U.S Constitution says that 'The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.' That means the U.S Constitution lists certain decisions the national government gets to make for all parts of America and lists certain decisions that states are not allowed to make. States do not have the power to override any part of the Constitution or its amendments. But any decision not on either of those lists is left up to each state to decide for itself.

The States' Rights Amendment also says that the national government is not allowed to stop certain decisions that individual states make.

The 10th amendment was ratified, or became official, on December 15, 1791.

That's because possessing weed is a federal crime. It's not as if weed has been legal all across the nation for 50 years and politicians in your state just decided to deny you of that right. I know you want to make it sound like it's the same thing but it's not.
