Actually that's not my opinion on the topic. I'm not trying to break down medical opinions and give you my interpretation on the matter. I'm not qualified to do that. The vast majority of scientists believe this as well as millions upon millions of people. It's just the other side of the coin.
Let me know when I tell you that I have read medical journals and after studying the topic at length this is my conclusion.
Yer so butch.

Yet not a peep about the baby with a uterus inside the woman who is killed.
Not a word about the fact that a fetus isn't viable until 24 weeks.
Not a word about the fetus having a uterus but being denied any choice about their body.
Here's the thing. That's your belief. And we're not that far off in that belief. But there in lies the problem. Millions upon millions of people believe differently than that. There are a huge number of both scientists along as well as millions upon millions of people who believe differently than that. That doesn't mean either of us has to agree with them. We can hold firmly to our beliefs just like they can.
The difference actually arises at do we have a right to push our beliefs on them and do they have the right to push their beliefs on us?
From previous posts on this topic you have indicated you do feel you have the right to force your beliefs on others. I do not share you opinion in that regard.
I've never seen those who promote the right to choose, which is exactly what it is, try to force anyone to have an abortion. But you see just the opposite is true for people that wish to inflict their beliefs on others in the opposite direction. I simply feel that it's not my right to impose my belief system on others.
And BTW, even according to what you said there, from everything I've seen a uterus can't even be identified in a fetus until about week 19. Not sure if that's 100% accurate or not but it certainly isn't from conception.

I have to give credit where credit is due. After all this time you finally posted one line that was worth repeating. Kudos.
It's not the first time you have used something I said, and since you need to be told what to think, it won't be the last.
You seem to think that quotes people say out of their own mouth is something I need to be manipulated into believing. It's far more likely that you need to be manipulated to think they actually didn't say it. Your denial is strong.

I understand that you don't recognize that the words that came out of his mouth isn't an argument. They are facts. And then you claim it's me that doesn't have a cogent argument. You are getting your word salad game down to an art form.

Never have an argument to make but you will make it anyway.

Well then what's the problem????? I mean if everybody is against it then they can just vote in their state and make it legal there right??? Why does everybody need to cry and moan that now they can't snuff out the life of an unborn child when they still can as long as most people in their state agree with them.

Oh really You think Murder is wrong while some others don't so why not let them murder people I mean hey YOU don't have to do it. They believe it's OK.
How about necrophilia???? Some folks think that's OK and nobody is being hurt. It's only their body right. Should be legal as well according to your argument.
Shoplifting sure make it legal it only effects the shoplifters body, not anybody elses, I mean HEY look how many people do it, guess it should be legal as well.
I and most others don't believe we should pay taxes on our Social Security so why can the government force that down our throats.
Your argument sounds just like a kid arguing with their parents.
"But MOM everybody else is doing it why can't I.
All of our laws are based on peoples beliefs, yet not a peep from most folks about that. ONLY crocodile tears because some babies lives are being saved.
I know we agree on this, we just disagree on others being allowed to do so for convenience sake.
If a law is passed allowing parents to murder their children up to the age of one for convenience sake would you still be saying Hey that's their right and I have no right to tell them what to do because I believe they are wrong.

That's why its best to leave it in the uterus...viability doesn't change the FACT that it's a human life.
The entire "reproductive rights" scam has been exposed for the only thing those proponents care about = abortion...but they know better than to use that 'A' word. They also continually say rightS - with an S as if there are other actual rights being yanked away. Lumping abortion under the tag line of "Reproductive rights" is ludicrous and the majority of people in the country apparently see through the BS of that.
Here's the deal: Once you are pregnant you've already exercised the right to reproduce.
Once again you are expressing your opinion. Your opinion seems to cause you to think that gives you the right to strip rights away from women in this nation and if enough people in their state agree with them they can have those rights back. So what rights a woman has or doesn't have depends on where they live and what rights the people who live there thinks those women should have.
Maybe we should have done that with black people with the civil rights act? You know, if you're black you only get the rights the people in your state say you should have. Or women's right to vote? Just leave it up to the states? For some reason you think women should only be given the right to abortion by what the people within their states border says they can have. But then you got your legal weed, right?

Giving someone the ability to make their own choice is not supporting the choice they make. It's not the choice my mother's daughter made when we were young. What giving them a coice does is not inflict my personal feelings, beliefs and choice on other people. You can wrap that up in any kind of gift box you like.

More so than people in Cali, and New York City telling everybody in Ohio what their rights are.

Ding Ding Ding we get legal weed in Ohio because we voted for it. The Federal government does not agree yet I don't see people on this board all the time yelling about they don't have the right to use pot in their state.
Yes they don't have the right to use pot in their state.
You, ummmmm..... It is still illegal federally and there are repercussions that can arise from that. I do think the risk of thise are fairly low unless you are stupid enough to write a book and include the details though.
Roe was made the law of the land by the SCOTUS. Not by people in New York and California. This is about women and their rights being stripped from them. About how you think their rights should depend on where they live. Yet they yell that other people should be able to have their rights be stripped from them as their right were expanded. Since when did red states who expanded women's abortion rights become New York or California? Now you're just being silly.
Let's try this again.......
Should civil rights be decided by each state? Should the rights of black people be determined by what people in their state thinks they deserve or don't deserve?
How about women's right to vote? Maybe we should allow each state to decide if women have the right to vote or not? Either you think all women , just as with all blacks, are offered the same freedoms and choices everywhere in our nation or you don't. Instead you pick and choose and somehow think a woman's right to choose should depend on what her neighbors think.
You're theory is, "We'll just strip rights from women and let everyone else vote to see if they deserve the same rights they had for 50 years until we stole them from women."

I know you think you comprehend and can interpret law even though you lack the qualifications to do so. But there's a lot of that going around. And there are many, many people qualified to do so that disagree with your opinion. It's odd how trump said he would only "appoint judges that would overturn Roe". That's because many judges would not have. Yet you think you know more about the law than all of those judges that would have refused to overturn Roe. For you to even believe such a thing is astounding.
Yes, in your world, when a president has to search to find and target judges that agree with him to get a law overturned, only they can be right.

You don't even understand the basics of our government and roles, but you want to continue to play the childish "you aren't qualified" nonsense.
Yes there are "qualified" people who disagree with me, however Alito's opinion which was joined by 5 other Justices says Roe was incorrectly decided. SCOTUS wins the argument. If you would like to continue to argue about it you should list your resume. I mean, since qualifications matter so much. Dazzle me.
We all know he’s going to put “Yes men/women” loyal to his every whim in the highest posts. Do we really have to talk about each one? I mean that’s a f-ton of dread…

You been watching her to much bro. Your posting like her.
As I have said many times to no reply, if a single cell life form was discovered on Mars and brought back to earth, it would be hailed as one of mankind's greatest discoveries and every method known would be used to protect that form of life.
A human life? Suck it out and toss it down the drain.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
Trump picked his appointees based on the fact they would overturn Roe. He stated such and followed through with it. He selected justices that agreed with that opinion intentionally. By hook or by crook he got away with that.
Those are three of the votes you mentioned. The court was stacked to overturn Roe.
For the past 50 years before trump stacked the court Roe stood firm.
If you think rigging a decision proves a point you are sadly mistaken.
I'm smart enough to know that congress writes the laws and not a self appointed king. Some people can't even figure that much out.

Trump did not appoint Alito, who wrote the decision.

That is a very good point. If a living cell were indeed found, every headline in the world would read "There is life on Mars!" ,
