Actually that's not my opinion on the topic. I'm not trying to break down medical opinions and give you my interpretation on the matter. I'm not qualified to do that. The vast majority of scientists believe this as well as millions upon millions of people. It's just the other side of the coin.

Let me know when I tell you that I have read medical journals and after studying the topic at length this is my conclusion.

It's not the first time you have used something I said, and since you need to be told what to think, it won't be the last.

Here's the thing. That's your belief. And we're not that far off in that belief. But there in lies the problem. Millions upon millions of people believe differently than that. There are a huge number of both scientists along as well as millions upon millions of people who believe differently than that. That doesn't mean either of us has to agree with them. We can hold firmly to our beliefs just like they can.

The difference actually arises at do we have a right to push our beliefs on them and do they have the right to push their beliefs on us?

From previous posts on this topic you have indicated you do feel you have the right to force your beliefs on others. I do not share you opinion in that regard.

I've never seen those who promote the right to choose, which is exactly what it is, try to force anyone to have an abortion. But you see just the opposite is true for people that wish to inflict their beliefs on others in the opposite direction. I simply feel that it's not my right to impose my belief system on others.

And BTW, even according to what you said there, from everything I've seen a uterus can't even be identified in a fetus until about week 19. Not sure if that's 100% accurate or not but it certainly isn't from conception.

Roe was made the law of the land by the SCOTUS. Not by people in New York and California. This is about women and their rights being stripped from them. About how you think their rights should depend on where they live. Yet they yell that other people should be able to have their rights be stripped from them as their right were expanded. Since when did red states who expanded women's abortion rights become New York or California? Now you're just being silly.

How about women's right to vote? Maybe we should allow each state to decide if women have the right to vote or not? That's because many judges would not have. Yet you think you know more about the law than all of those judges that would have refused to overturn Roe. For you to even believe such a thing is astounding.

Yes, in your world, when a president has to search to find and target judges that agree with him to get a law overturned, only they can be right.

Trump picked his appointees based on the fact they would overturn Roe. He stated such and followed through with it. He selected justices that agreed with that opinion intentionally. By hook or by crook he got away with that.

Those are three of the votes you mentioned. The court was stacked to overturn Roe.

For the past 50 years before trump stacked the court Roe stood firm.
