I still think KS is a good coach and if we let him go it will be a mistake. A good QB and LT will help. And an owner that will let him play the guys HE decides should play; not some OVERPAID LOSER. Damn you Haslam. SMH I keep remembering back to something I heard right when we got Watson... "he can excel in any system, he does everything well". What I can't remember is who said that (specifically, whether it was a person who is in a position that should know, or just some rando (probably on here)). Hindsight being what it is, Houston was in no rush to bring him back and played their hand remarkably. We paid an exorbitant amount to take a problem off their hands, and despite there being a handful of teams vying for the position, we ended up being the suckers. With hindsight, we ended up getting exactly what we earned out of this trade.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

"On those whining about the stadium.. you are the minority..That is not fun and enjoyable to sit through, nor is it good for the players. Its dangerous and can lead to severe injuries.. The new stadium isn't about football, its about being a year round revenue event place. All things point to the roof being retractable so you can still have the weather elements during the season for football. Haslam does alot of dumb things, but putting a new domed stadium isn't one of them[/quote] "
How do you know they are in the minority?
Dangerous for the players? WHO CARES! They make millions. Want to know what's more Dangerous? Being a fire fighter, police officer or soldier. THEY DONT MAKE MILLIONS. Not fun or enjoyable to sit through? Tell that to the fans last night? Especially the ones that stayed in the stadium another hour after the game for the post game show. Tell that to fans who have been going to browns games since the 80's. The ones who are not soft entitled crybabies like so many younger people now a days.

Sometimes Myles. And there are games like New Orleans (where you are invisible). Teams can scheme against you. Let's not get carried away here. Nice game last night. And yes, I know, there is A LOT of holding calls NOT made against this guy. Yeah Myles disappears alot. He has games like this then he'll go 3 games without much of an effect.. I think what made him effective last night was he got moved around a bit to play matchups. But I would think 9/10 if an owner was rebuilding they would pick Watt over MG. Watt is just more consistent and impacts the games more often Watt is surely talented, but he is also a product of his team and his defensive scheme. When other teams scheme against him, the rest of the team picks up the slack. I also don't nearly see him getting as many no-calls as Garrett does. When Garrett gets schemed against, the rest of the D can struggle to make up for it, especially when the secondary lets guys run free.

On a sidebar outside of all the fun of beating the Steelers on national TV.
Juan Thornhill came to play. He knew he had to atone for his play last week. He was all over the field making plays.
#2 Delpit needs to grow up. He really pissed me off with stupid BS. Selfish stupid penalty.
Then he dances after a two point conversion following a TD that put the Steelers in front.
Meanwhile he got beat on a number of coverages.
Wake up goofball.

Watt played against what Garrett faced every week. As expected, he was a no-show. I think they showed starting the second half Watt was not double-teamed much. He was chipped a lot.

We still have Okowronko on the other side, but we traded one of our better pass rushers a couple weeks ago (Z). Garrett is seeing more attention than he would've before that trade.

Daughter and her nurse friend got free tickets to the game. Prior to the game she had said they'd probably leave early if the game went like we thought.
They didn't leave early. And trust me, Sooga is NOT a die hard fan.
She love every minute of it, snow and cold even.
I was watching at home. Prime froze up with exactly 10:02 left on the clock. Figured I'd take a quick shower. Checked my phone after that and...........down 19-18 when just a few minutes before we were up 18-6.
Screw it, I thought. Early day of work coming. Checked this morning and...............doggone it! I missed it.
As far as the weather, I've sat in freezing weather many times. It's not "that" bad. Dangerous for the players? So is the game in sunny and 75 degrees.

Awesome win for sure. Loved the vibe after the game. Our secondary coaches and offensive line coaches are absolute trash. We went from one of the best running teams to absolute garbage. The run blocking scheme is so bad. The 2nd half play calling was equally as bad. Andrew Whitworth said he was writing Dorsey's obituary due to the 2nd half play calling but they came out with the victory.
I some some stat that 6 or 7 Browns coaches were fired right after a Steelers loss. Stefanski better thank everyone on that Team personally. At the end of the day, any victory over the Steelers and Ravens is so much sweeter.
If it's not Chaos, it's not Cleveland.

McGuire and Okowronko are a slight step down from Z but not major. Alex Wright, on IR, is also good, and don't forget Mike Hall Jr. Garrett saw nothing different having McGuire and Okowronko opposite him.

It was cool being there too as a younger person. Not so much anymore. You couldn't pay me to sit through those weather conditions now. Players do face injuries in every game. But for people to pretend the odds aren't greatly increased in that kind of weather aren't being realistic.
And yes, I understand there are jobs more important to society than football players. The difference being there are very few elite athletes available to play in the NFL. That's the reason they get paid like they do. Injuries are one of the, if not the greatest negative impact on a football team.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I thought our OL held up well against a very good D, Watt could do Jack.
I see here, despite the fact that Myles had a FF and three sacks - that’s twice this season - people are grumbling about him. He owned the first half. And even though we gave up a couple long plays I thought our secondary played solid.
Yeah the snow games are cool, but once or twice a year is plenty, I would not want a steady diet of it. We are getting a dome, so people need to get used to it.
It looked like the same old story when the Steelers got the two quick TDs, but Winston showed up big on that final drive, so did Juedy. Couple of big time conversions.
Pickens is a punk, blaming the Steeler loss on the weather. Both teams have to play in it, jerk-face. He’s now on my Steeler hate list.
Hopkins seems to have figured out his recent woes. I enjoyed that win, had the off today so watched Good Morning Football and soaked up the good vibes from beating Pitt.
On to Denver, a team we are chasing in our faint hope for a WC. At least we are still alive.

Thanks, arch. I neglected to highlight our run D, we did not let them gash us on the ground. Great job playing like a team against the run, we swarmed Harris a LOT and he didn’t get much.

Jameis Winston - what a beautiful soul. Love brother. Just love. Nick Chubb - another beautiful soul. Role model. Myles Garrett - Physical phenomenon. A human gorilla.
Thanks! I enjoyed every second of that victory.

our OL played very well, I agree. Not many times do you play Pittsburgh and basically handle their pressure and front
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Pickens seems baitable. I was wondering if Delpit was trying to bait him to retaliate and induce a penalty.

Maye a game every few years at best. I had planned on going, but came down with a cold on Tuesday. Couple that with the weather forecast it made for an easy decision to skip the game. I elected to not sell my tickets because I didn't want Steeler Black and Gold in my seats, not deal with cold, crappy conditions while not feeling well. I have club seats. I could easily have just sat in the club and watched on closed circuit, but what is the point in doing that after making the effort to drive 600 miles to the game? I was just fine sitting at home watching in front of my TV.

I don't mind the cold in Cleveland for games...nor the snow...but it's the rain when it's cold that is absolutely miserable. And those rainy conditions exist a lot.
Let's be real for a minute...if you were a player would YOU prefer to play indoors or in nicer weather over a place that can seem inhabitable?

I can only speak for myself but I would want to play in a outdoor stadium. I grew up playing in the elements. To me that's one of the things that's makes football great. These guys get paid millions. Our fire fighters and police officers and soldiers have much more Dangerous professions and don't get paid millions.

Best game of the year as far as I’m concerned. Happy for the win, but too little too late for the season. I’ll be good with it all if they play like that the rest of the year, not necessarily winning, but looking like they actually care again. DW was such a cancer on this team.

Gotta say I was wrong about Winston. Didn't know much about him, didn't think he cared about the game or loved the game. But man... I was really wrong about him, he cares, alot. I'm glad to have him here and he'll be a great bridge to our next QB.

yeah Winston has given us some life on offense. A good leader. Bonehead at times, but willing to push the ball down the field
