Fetterman took office and had a hard time reciting even the most simple of sentences. Since he's fully recovered he's spent a lot more time in the spotlight and is obviously one of the most non-partisan politicians out there, as well as being fairly well spoken and showing most effects from the stroke are behind him.

Your statement gave validity to the notion that he became a better politician after his stroke recovery. That somehow after recovering from a stroke he had more "high common sense". Once again I remind you, that's not how strokes work. I suggested you ask doctors about that. Your tag team partner then chimed in to make fun of that notion.
