And people on the campaign trail say things that certainly cater to the audience they're speaking to. But when having a presidential debate they generally try to set a tone for all voters. trump?

Then there are the campaign stops where he spoke out loud about some fascination he has about whether it's better to be electrocuted or be eaten by a shark.

So it's a little difficult to say that speaking about the mental acuity of the current president when the man who will be replacing him in the oval office is just one short step behind him isn't some lame azz rhetoric.
