I am thinking maybe TreVeyon Henderson and Jalen Milroe.

A couple of other names; WR Luther Burden from Missouri and TE Mason Taylor LSU.

They'll trade down at #33. Aireontae Erserey at #36.

I think it was cruel that the NFL invited Milroe to the draft. Hope he has another outfit if he's sticking around for the long haul.

I really hope that Milroe isn't one of our 2nd rounders. There is a ton of top talent left, and I wouldn't hate taking a shot at Sanders at this point simply because we have the extra 2nd now. So some combination of Erserey, Jayden Higgins, Emmanwori, Mike Green, Will Johnson. We need a RB as well, but it is kind of a loaded class, so I may be tempted to wait until our early 3rd rounder.

I am thinking along your line. The draft has fallen perfectly for us. We don't need to rush or reach. This is looking like it can become a very good get healthy draft for the Browns.

From what I can find this is the last OT that was considered a high second round pick

I also wouldn't hate Jack Sawyer with one of our 3rds.

Just a thought, I wonder if the Browns and Berry are looking at trading for the Titans QB Will Levis that still has 2-years left on his rookie deal now that the Titans have drafted QB Ward at #1.

With two first round picks in hand for 2026, it would appear that the franchise QB might be on the Browns mind for 2026. In the meantime, giving a shot to Levis and Pickett with Flacco as a mentor would make more sense that drafting a project QB when you can see if you can revitalize Pickett and Levis' careers on the cheap.

That way, Berry and the Browns can focus on filling the holes and aging o-line without wasting a pick on a project player QB. With guys like Edge Mike Green from Marshall and WR Luther Burden Missouri still available plus TE Fannin from Bowling Green, the Browns could fill some serious holes before they focus on RB and the o-line the rest of the draft without worrying about QB. There is no RB listed in the top 50 available so a Day 3 look at RB would appear to be the Browns selection day.

Keep an eye out for G Dylan Fairchild from Georgia on Day 3 too. He's been compared to Wyatt Teller. Not a bad replacement for an ageing Teller if you get a clone. Just a thought

I wouldn't be hurt with this pick - rated as the best OT left on the board. At 6'6" and 330 lbs, he'd be a monster at the LT position. He was the 2024 Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year.

So far, I think we've done well with a chance tonight to hit a grand slam. An OT, RB and BPA for rounds 2 and 3.

tonight will make/break the draft for his year. Yes, we stockpiled for next year, but it is imperative that we come away from tonight with picks 33/36 as being GOOD players

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Interesting idea
I was never a Will Levis fan
But flip a 6th for him and I am okay seeing if KS can make something of him

It does not appear that the Browns are set to pick a QB at #33...jmo

With the Browns sitting at #33 we could see the Browns trying to trade the pick to a team that is more desperate for a "specific QB" than the Browns. Would the Browns give up the #33 pick and a chance at Shedeur Sanders for a 1st round pick in the 2026 draft..?

There must be teams that are shocked to know that Shedeur is still on the board...

This isn't as hard as Andrew Berry is making this out to be.

I know getting him to make the right pick is like steering a ship with a 5 ton anchor firmly planted to the bottom of the sea, but we've got to make him move. Or better yet, just pick the players when he is out of the room on a break.

33 - Treveyon Henderson
36 - Will Howard (Best fit of all the QB's for Stefanski's system)

Find what you love and let it kill you.

Staying pat - any two out of Ersery, Emmanwori and Tyler Shough. I can get on board with Treyveyon also.

Would prefer it if someone comes up and wants #33 for a first next year and a mid/late 2nd this year - or high 3.

Anybody find a good list of top available remaining players?

in years past, CBS Sports, Espn, NFL.com all seemed to have great lists out, now I only find one that looks half assed

Darkhorse picks
Will Johnson and Benjamin Morrison

Berry loves him some Cb's
Both would have been top 10 maybe top 5 picks had it not been for their injuries

I think Morrison is more likely. Seems Johnson is a better fit for a zone team and we play more man
(From what I hear => I don't know the UM def scheme enough to formulate my own opinion)

I like Mike Green de, Jayden Higgins wr, Treveyon Henderson rb and TE Mason Taylor Lsu. QB Tyler Shough all 4 are first round talent and u can't throw a rock and not hit on a TE. Safety we need one but I don't love any in this class to be honest.

I like Higgins too, but he may be too similar to Tillman

I don’t want Sanders. We don’t need the drama and I feel there are other QB’s with more talent. I like Shough from Louisville.

I kinda feel like it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to draft Sanders on day 2 if we stockpiled first round picks for next year.

At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

My sentiments exactly. Again we need other positions addressed before we take a player like Sanders. I feel good about where we are this morning. The next 4 picks will be very important for us to determine where we’re headed.

There is no RB listed in the top 50 available so a Day 3 look at RB would appear to be the Browns selection day.

Depends on what site you go on, ESPN has both Henderson (30) and Judkins (50) in their top 50.

The most important duty today for Berry is "DO NOT REACH FOR A PLAYER!" The quickest way for this draft to go down the crapper in a real hurry will be if Berry starts reaching for players.

Now that Berry has had five years of running the NFL draft for the Browns, how has he done with his decisions? He has drafted a total of 37 players. There are 18 players still on the roster with the majority being nominal performers and backups. such as WRs David Bell and Michael Woods, C Nick Harris, CB Cam Mitchell, and DE Alex Wright.

This year, Berry is running the draft as the Browns’ general manager for the 6th time. That makes him the longest-tenured Browns GM since Ernie Accorsi ran the show from 1985-92 or 7 years. In case anyone is wondering, Bill Belichick was the Browns’ unofficial general manager from 1992-95. Phil Savage was the general manager here from 2005-08.

Berry has made 37 picks for the Browns. Berry has only drafted 7 proven starters in 37 tries: S-Grant Delpit, CB-Greg Newsome, LB-JOK, CB-Martin Emerson, DE Isaiah McGuire, WR-Cedric Tillman, and RB-Jerome Ford.

The fruit doesn't fall far from the tree. The Vikings shocked the world in 2024 and could shock Vegas again in 2025, as they spent heavily in free agency to improve the interior of their offensive line. But with a league-low four 2025 picks and a GM in Adofo-Mensah that's only drafted three proven starters in 3-years and 23 tries, it's fair to question their ability to improve during the draft. He previously served as the vice president of football operations for the Cleveland Browns from 2020 to 2021 under Andrew Berry.

BERRY's DRAFT SELECTIONS - TOP 100 HIGHLIGHTED
2020 Draft - 7 picks taken only S-Grant Delpit 2nd Rd pick #44 remains
2021 Draft - 8 picks taken with only CB-Greg Newsome 1st Rd pick #26, LB-Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah 2nd Rd pick #52 remaining

WR-Michael Woods 6th Rd pick #202 remaining
2023 Draft - 7 picks taken with WR-Cedric Tillman 3rd Rd pick #74, OT-Dawand Jones 4th Rd pick #111, DE-Isaiah McGuire 4th Rd pick #126,
DB-Cameron Mitchell 5th Rd pick #142, C-Luke Wypler 6th Rd pick #190 remaining

I'd like to use our first 2nd round pick on either Aireontea Ersery , Mike Green, or decent W.R.
Then trade down the other 2nd pick and take a chance on Milroe. He's probable not a great fit in Stefanski's system
but the kid has a decent arm and a great set of wheels.

I was hoping for the trade in round 1 and we got probably the BPA at 5th pick, now I'm hoping for
One of these three at the first pick in round 2;
Henderson, RB, OSU
Savaiinaea, OT, AZ
Green, EDGE, Marshall

One of these two with pick 4 in round 2;
Shough,QB, Louisville
Milroe, QB, Alabama

Every indication leads me to believe that the Browns are loading up for a QB next year and I think that's a wise decision. Having said that it seems to me that picking a QB in the second round this year just because you have another second round pick would be a huge waste of a valuable asset. Especially with those picks being so high in round 2. If the grand plan is to select your future franchise QB next year, don't waste the opportunity to set the stage for his success.

There are a lot of ways you can do that. One is that our OL is aging. We are weak at the OT position or G would help a lot since Bitonio's days are almost done. Every rookie QB can be assisted and take some pressure off with a great running game so a premiere RB would help set the stage. The state of our WR's leaves something to be desired as well so there is always that option. Then as has been discussed we do have a need at CB. A great defense makes it easier to win games while scoring fewer points. That's certainly helpful to any rookie QB and any QB period.

There are so many ways the Browns can invest for the future. What I'm most pleased about, at least to this point, is they didn't panic and reach for a QB that wasn't worth the pick. They seem to have understood that acting desperately would only set them further back and they had to exercise patience.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I wouldn't mind him at this point. Not sure how AB and KS feel about him, but I hope they're at least talking about it now that we're out of the first round.

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.
