I hope he’s all that. I don’t know, he looks like an instinctual football player but average speed and small to my eyes. He doesn’t pop off the tape the way he does for others. I’m not an expert and I like the idea of being wrong. He was the biggest surprise of the draft for me in a draft full of surprises. I expected unexpected qb & rb selections. I thought we’d take a db as we always seem to and continue to ignore lb but here we are. If he turns into half the player he’s billed to be it’ll be a win. He is actually our biggest LB that will make the roster at 6'2 242 at the combine and 238 at his pro day. He didn't run a 40 but had a 3 cone of 7.05 and a 20 yard shuttle of 4.25. Both seem to every good times. I understand that just because he has shown good athleticism doesn't mean that he plays that way.

Speed can be very deceptive. Not to bring up a sore subject but watching Josh Gordon run his routes he looked much slower then he actually was. Something about his running style just gave the perception he was slower. One thing you can't trick is a stop watch. Carson is much faster than he appears on tape.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Just remember , we could have taken Henderson at 33 and Burden at 36 .. Two young men who are threats to take it to the House every-time they touch the ball.. Just Saying ..

I like Schwesinger but I would have taken burden at #33, Judkins at #36 then Kiser the LB out of ND later in the draftand been very happy with it
Am I perfect? No Am I trying to be a better person? Also no

We have who we have, wy are we always stating what should have been? This was a great draft. As good as I have seen in quite awhile. Let’s just enjoy it.

If Carson plays to his ability, him and Hicks is a solid LB combo.
Mason Graham was a hell of a player in college. If he can handle his own his first year this will help out the LBs immensely. Which hopefully make it easier on Carson to make plays.

hopefully Michael Hall jr will live up to expectation in his 2nd season. The Browns D-line could have a good season if they stay healthy and live up to their potential.
