ALL I HEARD FOR MONTHS .. THE BROWNS HAVE 4 QBs, AND MAY KEEP ALL 4 ON THE 53. OMG OMG OMG .. THE SKY IS FALLING .. THE BROWNS ARE SOOOO STUPID. Now we have come to the cutdown and 53 man roster. Sure enough, there is one team in the League with 4 QBs on the 53 man roster.... THE STEELERS !!! It sure seems that way, usually the Commish would make a comment and say something is pending .. but this time, he says nothing .. no timeline .. nothing Interesting thought.... How can the NFL make a comment or suspend Quinshon Judkins who hasn't even signed his contract? If they do suspend him and he's not under contract, will they also start suspending former draft picks/retired or undrafted players?

He entered the draft and hasn't retired, though.
Edit: Entering the draft isn't just something a player declares, there's paperwork involved and one assumes that would include agreement to abide by the league's rules.
