All I know is this, he was FUN to watch the last full year he was here. Him and Joe had a pretty decent connection.

Might have been a plan all along

Go to where you started your career, then retire from the team.

Nick Chubb needs to come back to his starting place and retire.

His cutting and explosiveness may be affected from the injury

Sad thing to say, I hope he does well

Whether he plays again for us someday, Chubb is a beloved Brown. He knows how Browns fans feel about him.

Class, integrity, and team-first, scored a TD and didn’t make it about himself.

I wish there were more football players like him.

crazy how quickly players go from GOOD to GONE

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Sadly, Jake would be an upgrade. Maybe we could get that guy from The Replacements. OR Dawson! What's he going to do? Miss kicks that cost us a game? We have that already. Get Phil in here! I like Phil at least. He would have an excuse if he missed at his age, Rip Van Dawson. It will all be OK if he doesn't break a hip coming off the walker on his follow through.

You are one cold heartbreaker, Fort. We could have gotten him a West Side pub.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

We kept Ford over Chubb on account of a small pay cut.

Chubb is cooked. But, you are right... we should cut Ford too

Judkins should be a great replacement for Chubb.

Or they knew they didn't have the QB to win it all this season, so went with the RB that wasn't past his prime.

Or Berry suspected Stefanski would use Chubb over the rookies that need to develop. Basically got rid of Hyde (Chubb,) so Chubb (Judkins) would play again, but preemptively.

I think right now Ford is our only running back that knows the system well enough to pass block.

Correct. We kept Ford because he is a different style RB than Judkins who is similar to Chubb. People can hate not keeping Chubb but comparing him to the reason for having Ford on this roster is irrelevant.

No, they replaced Nick Chubb with Quinshon Judkins. One look at the RB depth chart makes that obvious.

Or the Browns just showed Chubb the respect he has earned by not keeping him around as a 3rd RB which is what he would have been this year if we would have kept him. Anybody who knows Chubb and his drive and determination knows he would not have been happy with that.
