I wonder when Hall will play? I wonder why they did not put him on the PUP list to start the season. Berry carried him on the 52 for four weeks. He could have added someone who might have been at least productive.

They probably thought Hall would be ready by this point. He isn’t needed at the moment because our interior DL is kicking the hell out of the guys in front of them. No need to rush him back.

I don't get it.
Originally I thought he was supposed to be ready for camp. He has not even had a full practice.
It is the part of head coach and GM miscommunication that is irritating. The Browns are not alone.
It is a waste of time to even ask an injury question. "Day to day." "He is working hard." "He is improving."
For crying out loud. Just say what the deal is and when he might be expected back.
They don't want to say a thing because they don't want it thrown back on them.
It is frustrating.

His absence is the least of our problems. Calm down, bone.

Obviously the defense is functioning without him.
Just the same why waste a roster spot if the guy is not ready.

Because they thought he’d be ready in four weeks, so why PUP him? He’s not 100 per cent, and now he can keep getting healthy, and there’s no pressure. If we PUPed him, who we gonna call to fill the extra, bottom of the barrel roster spot?

If we PUPed him, who we gonna call to fill the extra, bottom of the barrel roster spot? An OT with a pulse? Not saying you are wrong. IMO with the depth of this DL they should have IR'd him designated to return.

Hall sustained a set back this past week
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."
