I felt like the drops were deflating to the team too (just like week 1). We still had a little hope, the D was playing well, we were within 10, getting into scoring range ...
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

Just curious. Where were you last week after the Green Bay win?
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

... also...
I'd love to hear what folks think our returner brings to the table. It doesn't top the list of our issues, but I don't know if I've seen a more underwhelming return man for the Browns. He muffed a fair catch, looks slow bringing the ball out, and I swear he intentionally runs directly into the nearest coverage guy.
I believe he also featured some questionable decision-making in the previous game.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Seems like he fits right in on our extremely underwhelming special teams generally.

Well then. We will miss that output, neh? Tillman seems hurt regularly and Njoku disappeared. Let us cut anybody dropping excessively. We would lack about a quarter of our roster.

Seems to me if we just find about four "guys named Blake" and a couple PS WRs we'll be right back in this!

It does not matter who is the QB, that is a really bad OL.
Welcome back, Joe, we missed you!

Agreed. We have O-Line problems no doubt but if our receivers would CATCH the damn ball it would really improve things IMO.

I agree, but it would be nice to see Gabriel start and see what he can do.

And the entire schedule looks like Flying Monkeys. And Depodesta is the wizard behind the curtain

we legit need an entire new offensive unit minus Fannin and Judkins. 5 new OL, new WRs, and of course a new QB Long way to go before becoming a serious team. Yep - for all the Berry supporters who cheered with his contract extension ... I just read this comment from an article on The Athletic: ""If you lined up DET Off starters and CLE Off starters and said "make the best lineup out of the two" you literally might have an entire team of DET players."" I think I agree and - just my 2 cents but a damning reflection of Andrew Berry as GM. On the face of things I can't disagree. I do think that not having 3 first round picks has hurt Berry. That said, I also think that was very much a self-inflicted wound so I can't give him too much slack.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn. GM Strong

Remember that Joe got benched last year when playing for the Colts. I think we tried to catch lightning in the bottle again but failed.
