I take it then any news outlets that says anything you don't like or don't want to hear it should not be taken seriously?

You do realize they quoted trump's, own words, right? Is it your contention that the very words or in this case the threats made by of the president should not be taken seriously either? He has followed through on many of the threats people such as yourself said should not be taken seriously so far in his second term.

When they report trump's own words they are reporting what trump actually said. Something you wish to try to dance around and ignore. They didn't say those things, trump did.

"Show me the actual transcript" is just a more extreme version of "I can't debate the topic so I'll attack the messenger".

I won't hold my breath, but we can debate the merits of a president trying to

1. Usurp Congress' power of the purse
2. Making direct threats on an otherwise free election
3. Further debase the office that he occupies
