This year Steelers OC Arthur Smith altered their playbook . He installed more 12 and 13 personel sets .
Thursday night 3 Steelers TEs scored vs the Bengals . He motioned that huge TE Darnell Washington across the formation and even flexed him out wide
Friermuth was lined up wide at times .
The Browns have 2 very athletic TEs in Fanin and Njoku.but Stefanski sure isnt creative in
Utilizing them .
DK Netcalf was only targeted 6 times Thursday
So its possible to move the chains without going WR heavy
I know Aaron Rodgers isn't the Browns QB .but Gabriel is airing it out 40 plus times .the NFL is a copycat league . Seems like Stefanski though is unwilling to adapt the playbook

They got behind in the last game and the Steelers shut down the run.
Gabriel is a rookie playing behind a bad OL with no receivers.
They have to play defense and run the ball. If they get behind two scores. Ball game.

To the actual legit talents Simple Stefanski is not the coach that Tomlin is. Tomlin is far superior to Stefanski in every facet, Tomlin would never lose a game on purpose.

Simple Stefanski is not the coach that Tomlin is. Tomlin is far superior to Stefanski in every facet, Tomlin would never lose a game on purpose. ...Stefanski still has 2 more NFL coach of the year awards. My semi-facetious conspiracy theory is that Mike Tomlin called out Berry then purposefully made Joe Flacco look good, but accidentally lost to the Bengals in an attempt to get Haslam to blow things up again because he's scared of the Browns finally getting their act together if they can just stay the course and add some young talent at OT. His no losing season streak gets much harder to maintain if the Browns aren't constantly blowing things up.
