I have often stated there is no quick fix.
A new regime will not make what is here now somehow go away until talent is added.
The offense is not going to all of a sudden be competitive with the receivers on this roster.
The OL is not all of a sudden going to get younger and better because they fire the regime in place.
Will a new regime take what is here and improve it? Not until the roster gets better.
The question is who should build the roster?
The new regime can make this team more disciplined. The Browns are top 5 in pre snap penalties. That is directly on the head coach. The new regime can change the turnover culture of this team. The Browns have been one of the worst teams in turn over margin for multiple years. Even a playoff year. The new regime can stop the team disfunction. The new regime can actually attempt to win games and try to change the culture. Dillon Gabriel is nothing more than running a QB out that cannot win without looking like they are not trying to win. Just like they did last year when they benched Jamies for DTR.

The results are directly related to the talent on the team.
KS has proven he can win with talent.
In fact he won with very little talent.
The league and those who cover the league voted him Coach of the Year twice because he proved it..

The league didn't vote crap. It's voted on and awarded by sportswriters. So basically it's just a participation trophy to be added to the trophy case in Berea, and that case is small and bare.

It is not a participation trophy.
Sport writers make their living covering the game. They look at who did the best job with what they had to work with.
They also vote for the Hall of Fame.
Your opinion is solo. Theirs is not.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

what exactly has coach of the year won? Super Bowl? Conf.Championship? Division title? One playoff game and two winning seasons.Only in Cleveland is that considered successful.

You mean he hasn't accomplished goals that teams with a franchise QB have?
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

judging by your question I have to assume that you believe that every SB winner, every Conf.champ and every division winner has had an FQB.Man that's alot of FQBs.

Every? No. Just the vast majority of them. The Trent Dilfer's and Joe Flacco's of the world are the exceptions to the rule and not the rule itself. Check it out for yourself if you don't believe me.

That 4th quarter was crazy in Denver. I hate the Broncos, even now.

That game was so exciting.
Denver looked finished. It was like a knockdown boxing match.
The kicker. There is nothing worse than losing in that fashion.

Atlanta is odd. They have talent but are very inconsistent

The Giants really choked. That had to be worse than anything we've done over the years and that's BAD!!! WFAN in New York is going bonkers over it. Of course it was Denver!!!!

It was a combination of errors but reinforces why in general I dislike kickers.
TWO EXTRA POINTS
Make one game goes to overtime. Make two game over you win.
