USC up 21-7 in Michigan.

$48M to buyout Franklin after the season. Yikes!

Waiting for one of these QBs in this "loaded" class to separate from the pack.

Mendoza probably leading the way for me at this time. Lot of football left. Ty Simpson climbing? Always a huge question mark for QBs with only one year of starting under their belt come draft time.

It's too bad Ohio State and Indiana don't face each other in the regular season this year. Some snoozers ahead until the Michigan game.

Michigan stinks - first time ive really watched them. Their offense is clunky and defense not even close to what it once was. OSU will beat this team easily

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

Man I love Saturdays like this.
Woke up with an OSU game at 9am… win.
Next at 12:30 I watched Oregon go down to Indiana. My disdain for the local Quack fans runs deep. Couldn’t be happier to watch the fans look distraught at Autzen.
Or could I?
A 4:30 game watching *ichigan take an L. Not just an L but a pretty good drubbing.
Turns out I could be happier after all!!

I like Mendoza a lot. Good size, good arm, clutch, experienced

What a great day of college football it was. I spent the whole day watching....I'll have to double up on the yardwork today. Not only the games you mentioned, but BGSU came from a 21-0 deficit to beat Toleo, giving Eddie George a signature win. It was great to see how happy he was. Northwestern handing Pedo State their 3rd straight loss. Alabam/ Missouri was a good game. The only dud was the Red River Rivalry. I got a lot of use out of the Youtube.tv multiscreen.

Heck of a way to seal that victory.

They really had no choice, that team is in shambles. I kind of feel bad for those poor kids that stayed another year because they thought they could win the natty...... especially Allar, his injury looks pretty serious. Good thing they "stole" Jim Knowles from the Buckeyes. grin

I can't recall a Browns WR going up and high pointing a ball like Carnell Tate just did coming down with it for a TD.

Josh Gordon probably did at some point.

The Browns need weapons, weapons and more weapons on offense.

Or at least offensive linemen that aren't free-spinning turnstiles.

Anyone else notice something I did on ESPN.com? I was checking scores at the top of the site, where they listed top 25 games. The only game they did not have a box score for was OSU Wisconsin. They just had a game cast available. I noticed it wasn't shown while the game was being played, but I just checked and evry game has a box score but the Bucks, at least in the top 25. I wonder if they have an agenda.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Coverage is as much SEC as possible. But it feels to me that it isn't only favoring SEC and many southern teams, but it seems a studied refusal to acknowledge OSU's success. We beat #1, became #1, remain undefeated. Our D has been great. Any coverage defines 'begrudging' it seems. How much hype and extra coverage did you see for Michigan? We are glossed over. Not accidentally IMO.

ESPN has an agenda. Was on facebook this morning and someone has posted a reel from an ESPN college scoreboard show where they were talking about the Ohio State/Wisconsin game and the guy talking mentioned that they had to move on because the were limited on how much time ESPN allows them to spend on Ohio St..

Of course they have an agenda. A financial agenda. ESPN signed a 10 year/$3B deal with the SEC and Ohio State and the Big Ten signed a 7year/ $7B deal with FOX, NBC and CBS. Naturally, each network is going to cover the teams in which they have a financial interest. It's not nefarious, it's money.

Napier out - probably not a surprise. UF and PSU already open

The agenda I was referring to was obviously needing the SEC to be more prominently covered. I was just surprised what is gained by not including a box score, which early in teh game they maintained with no problem. It just seemed odd.
