If it wasn't already obvious, the problem is not at QB. The problem is at receiver. Receivers are paid to catch the ball. If they can not catch the ball, they do not deserve to be on the team. Flacco proves that if he has competent receivers, he can beat the Steelers. The Browns have had the reputation for years of believing that anyone can catch the ball. Not true.

Might have to give Watson another look then. He looked just like Flacco, Gabriel, DTR, and Zappe. Was it him or Stefanski's offense?

Unless Stefanski taught him to throw the ball into the ground I think it was watson.

The QB's after him except Jamies has the same numbers he put up. Got to wonder. In 10 days Flacco looks a lot better than he did here.

How do the WR's compare? How much average time was he given at the pocket in this weeks game verses how much time he was given in the phere?

Would you actually try to make a comparison of why that may be the results instead of just shouting things with nothing of substance to explain why that may be happening?

It is offensive scheme. The Bengals Oline is just as terrible. They actually helped their Tackle out with Watt. Tight end chipped him, RB's chipped him, slid protections etc... They did not leave their tackles alone on an island with Watt. Flacco was far and away the best QB on the Browns roster and it is a travesty that the Bengals fans on a national stage chanted Thank you Cleveland. That is really bad. Really bad. An embarrassment.

So you went to "their OL is just as bad" instead of looking at the comparison of time the QB had in the pocket. That figures.

It seems you must believe that Stefanski is a different coach than when Flacco was here the first time.

So you throw out the entire season based on one game? You throw out that he had a some good games in 2023 less in 2024 and only one this year based on his last game?

He now has a good coach he is playing for. Stefanski's offense is what held him back early.

Before anyone tries to further correlate 2023 to anything, I suggest they go back and look at the QBs we played against.

Honestly, I think Bengals Oline is in better shape than ours right now due to health at the tackle position.

Pass catchers... I think we can agree the Bengals almost play a different game with Chase and Higgins. They have weapons and we don't and I think you saw how the Steelers struggled with coverage when they actually had multiple people that had to worry about covering.

It's funny how you guys all blame the QBs and WRs. We don't know if it's their fault or not. Our O-line is so bad the QB is getting his almost as soon as he snaps the ball. Between QBs and WRs there is a thing called TIMING. IF you want a pass more than 5 yards deep the QB has to stay on his feet for more than 1 second. There are not many plays you can draw up where WR start trying to catch the ball at 1 second. I saw DG getting hit in just 1 second after the snap on several occasions.

You will not win very many games without an O-line. WRs and QBs will always look like trash without an O-Line to give enough time for a play to happen.

The Aunties will have to wait longer for Shedeur. Jimmy is calling the shots.

sounds like KS is safe and will be given a 1st round QB
