The Patriots are on a four game win streak. Maye is playing at a high level.

They are well coached and have a talented roster.

This is a tough match-up for the Browns. They are going to have to play their best game so far to win.

If they can win and with a bye coming. They might be able to put together a streak.

I don't want to get over confident because the Browns are not very good.

There is a path to victory and it is similar to what they did against the Dolphins.

Play great defense. Generate some turn overs. Score when given a short field. Feature Judkins and take some shots downfield using play action.

Somebody needs to become a go to receiver.

Very winnable win

The four game win streak is against the Panthers Bills Titans and Saints.

The Raiders and Steelers are the two losses.

The win against the Bills would be the only maybe upset. As the 4-2 Bills beat the Ravens Jets Dolphins and Jets

Vrabel hasn't been running TreVeyon Henderson much. 43 atts for 153 Yds, that's what ? 3.6 Yds a carry

The Browns defense should be the best D the Pats have faced thus far.

Pressure Maye, Take away the pass game to Diggs.

Henderson will get carriers. Got to stop the speedster at the line. He has break away speed.

Vrabel being in a position last season with the Browns will make the game a...

Who out coaches who game in a slight way.

The Browns really need a win going into the bye

And I need a bye as well !

LOL !!

It's going to come down to our defense shutting them down AND generating turnovers, and how our offense can get something going against a tough D. We are going to have to get Judkins going early and often and using our TEs to keep the chains moving. I don't like their defense against our offense... we are going to have to see something from our offense that we haven't before (either the Oline dominating in the run game or our passing game actually doing something).

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

I expect the same lousy offense. Behind the chains, and passing too much.

Conklin is scheduled to play. That should help.

If we are going to actually generate offense this game should give us a chance to do that.

We have to rely on the defense. That is given. Maye is playing well. Big strong young man with the ability to move. He will be a challenge.

I expect Judkins to lead the way. He is a feature back and we need his offense.

This is a game that

Gabriel needs to show he can do more. He has to show the ability to make things happen.

I watched Herbert Thursday night. Damn he looked good. Watching him you see what talent looks like at the QB position.

Strong in the pocket. Strength to move and break tackles. Strong accurate arm. A guy who really sees it well. His ball placement is top shelf. Really impressive quarterback.

Gabriel needs to show improvement in this game even with a lack of receivers. I hope they can shake some guys open and he can connect.

The defense is coming off a dominant game and should continue to play their strength.

A win would go a long way in setting up a better second half of the season.

I was getting ready to post pretty much the same thing until you summed it up.

I’ll add that Maye is likely to face a rougher, tougher sled this week. He hasn’t had Garrett barrelling down from his blind-side. We have one of the best fronts in football, let’s make his afternoon problematic.

I’m not sure how we can unleash a passing game that threatens them. Or anyone else.

Win the turnover battle, keep things tight until the fourth quarter. We might have a shot.

I tried to find out when the last time we beat NE on the road. Apparently, the internet hadn't been invented.

IMO we have to get to Maye early and often.

Most likely we will need to turn them over.

The Browns offense will not do well playing from behind. We cannot get into predictable passing downs. We need the run game and then use play action off the run.

Judkins is super important.

The strength of the team is defense. The offense needs to be good enough to possess the ball and use the clock. Move the chains. Be patient.

I expect to see Gabriel improve on connections with somebody.

I think we'll do well on D - we just can't keep getting short possessions on Offense making it harder for the D. Even good defenses give up chunk plays. Obvioulsy no turnovers on offense unless it is deep into Pats territory - I don't mind throwing up a bomb inside their 20 and seeing it picked. That's essentially the same as a punt sometimes provided everyone is alert to prevent the return.

Like last week - I have no problem pounding the ball even if run yards are hard to come by. Judkins seems to find a way to shed first contact even behind the line and get a yard when a play is completely blown up.

Would like to see some more roll outs and some slightly deeper throws - Gabriel seems to throw exceptionally well on the move.

Suspect we will need 20 points to win. . . if ST and D can help out with field position or a turnover or two - we can win.

Maye is a good player, really coming into his own. We haven't played well in NE of late either

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

14/18 on deep balls of 25+ air yards. Pretty good!
