Why would Stefanski decline the Offensive pass interference call when it would have been 4th and 2??

Can't wait to read Eotabs what I saw. Im sure his input will tell everyone the Browns are on the right track Are you unaware that eotab died? He doesn't care. Well this isn't rocket science .. Fans need to make sure the Stadium is dam near empty on Sundays .. Stop paying for season tickets .. The squeaky joint gets the grease , band together and buy some billboard space and and ask the NFL how lond Browns fans have to suffer under the Haslam dysfunctional ownership.. All kinds of of ways to tackle the situation.. Beats sitting on your hands ..
