I am curious what everyone expects to happen this game.
As for me, I expect our defense will dominate and Myles will be the new record holder. Myles will look over at Sanders and say, "Aren't you glad that isn't you they are carting off the field?" after his 5th sack of the game.
Special teams will give up 14 points ...
The offense will score 3 tds and 2 field goals to win the game. Sanders will have his first game with 250 yards plus in passing.
What I truly wish to see if for Sanders to show progress in shortening the time it takes him to throw the ball. It's his biggest drawback and after the press conference it's very obvious that he KNOWS this is his weakness. It looks like JJ and the coaching staff hammered it into him that he has to speed up his ball delivery. I really want to see him improve this part of his game. Once he does then he will have a legit shot at being an NFL QB. His press conference showed to me how much he knows this now so I have high hopes for him because knowing what the problem is, is the first step to getting rid of the problem.

A game we should win.
If we don't commit turnovers and give them the chance to win.
Myles will continue to disrupt offensive plays. He will add a few sacks.
I want to see Shedeur improve. Yes, he is aware that he needs to trust what he sees and be decisive.
Shedeur needs to reprogram how he plays in the pocket. His first instinct is to bail. He has to learn to operate in muddy pockets. That means people around him. Navigate the pocket while looking at the field. Anticipate open. See from pre-snap coverage and DB leverage where the route and throw should go. Practice adjustments and trust the read.
This is common with rookie quarterbacks. It takes experience and adjustments. Shedeur has to embrace the concept of correcting his flaws.
Hopefully he improves as each game he gains experience.

SS was ok. Those who wanted to see what we have got their wish. Quick to flush, takes sacks, so now we start offering alibis for his play. Body of work is meh. Still watched lousy football. Has our DC indicated interest in this HC position?

The Titans defense is ranked 24th giving up an average of 345.8 yards per game. Their pass defense is ranked at 18th giving up 218.3 yards per game and their run defense is ranked 22nd allowing 127.6 yards per game. Their red zone defense is ranked at 24th with their opponents scoring from the red zone 60.5% of the time. Their third down defense is somewhat better being ranked 16th allowing a first down conversion rate of 38.4% of the time. https://www.foxsports.com/articles/nfl/2025-nfl-defense-rankings-team-pass-and-rush-statsThe Titans are the only team that ranks lower than the Browns in total offense at #32. Their passing offense is ranked one number better than the browns at #30. Their run game is ranked #31 producing 76.7 yards per game while the Browns rank #26 averaging 98.5 yards per game. They actually score less points per game than the Browns as well at an average of 14.2 points per game whereas the Browns average 16.2 points per game. Their red zone TD rate is actually lower then the Browns as well scoring TD's 47.6% of the time they enter the red zone while the Browns score TD's from the red zone 53.6% of the time. They are also lower in third down conversions than the Browns. https://www.foxsports.com/articles/nfl/2025-nfl-offense-rankings-team-pass-and-rush-statsOn paper there is definitely an advantage for the Browns. But as we all know games aren't played on paper. The Titans are terrible at pass protection so Myles and the D front should have a field day. We'll get a visit from our old friend Kevin Zeitler as he is a starting G for the Titans. Since their run D is weaker than their pass D I look for Stefanski to try to establish the run first and use the run to open up the passing game. Each game Sanders pass attempts have increased with having 24 pass attempts in his last start. Stefanski has given him the QB meal in bites not cramming it all down his throat at one time. The "you have to crawl before you walk" approach. I think that's the wise approach. We'll have to wait and see if that trend of more pass attempts with each start continues. The Titans offense is the only team in the league where the Browns actually hold a statistical advantage no matter how small. We dominate them on the D side of the game. This the worst team in the NFL. If the Browns can't win this one they probably won't win another game the rest of the season. JMHO
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Has our DC indicated interest in this HC position? Why would he even comment on the Browns HC'ing job while Stefanski is still the HC? That would be a classless move. I know that having a little class in a professional setting or even as an individual has lost a lot of value in our society but some people still have some of it and place value on it. I believe that Schwartz is one such person. Or at least I hope so.

I would like to see Sanders improve:
His footwork was really inconsistent last week. Drop backing with short steps, fading to the left/right while dropping back.
His reads and trust in what he was seeing. There were a few plays he was looking right at the intended target and didn't pull the trigger. Plays where it went from a positive to becoming a negative.
I wish Jeudy would've handle it differently, but there were 3-4 plays where he was the read and was open for some big yards. Ball never came. I understand his frustration.

I expect - but won’t put money on it - that Bubba’s kick coverage units show a lot of improvement.
Myles and company will feast on the Tennessee offence. That WILL happen.
If we don’t turn the ball over, don’t play idiotic ST, we should win easily. This is an opportunity for SS to show more improvement, hopefully he does do for the rest of the season.

Just win the game, for fans who bought tickets, paid to get to the game, spent money on over-priced food and beverages, or spent money on NFL Ticket all season. As they’ve done for many. Screw draft position, I don’t care right now. Get a win.

Since the Browns are playing for nothing it really has become a Myles and Shedeur watch show.
Their performance is the entertainment.
I have really enjoyed the rookies as well. Carson and Fannin are exciting players.
Mason Graham is getting better every week. He has a bright future.
Our running backs Sampson and Judkins have solidified the backfield.
What has really sunk the team this year has been the OL and ST. Those units have had major issues all year. Add the receiving room and you see a dysfunctional offense.
I care about winning as the game is played. Whatever happens I get over it quickly.

A loss will speak more volumes than a win will. If the Browns win What is really accomplished?. Under. 500 is still under. 500. Yet another year of drafting top 10. Even if Myles gets the sack record , its really is about a individual accomplishment. It just goes to show How sacks is really a overblown stat . A sack doesn't equate to wins

Because Haslam is still paying him to be the HC.

Well did the game meet your expectations?
It did not meet mine obviously. That being said, Sanders played pretty good and definitely took a step in the right direction. He put up some great numbers against a bad team. His decision making looked much more crisp but his accuracy seemed a bit off today. I'll take it though because all I see is good progress from his game play so it feels GREAT!
Defense really let me down by not stopping the run and having a ton of missed sacks and tackles.
Enough with the gadjet plays already. Worry about gadgets when you can execute basic plays correctly.

I'm watching the game now... I feel like the D could be finally starting to mail it in. Hard to ignore the difference in how they were expected to handle the Titans and what actually happened. Honestly, if they're just playing for Garrett to hit the record, I think I'm good with it. Enough with the gadjet plays already. Worry about gadgets when you can execute basic plays correctly. This.

The defense is too focused on getting Myles his record and ignored the run defense. Myles is being overly aggressive and not covering his runblocking right. He leave a huge hole and then Pollard runs through it. It's the defense and the lack of a real run game that lost us this game.
