Chicago weather for Bears vs. Browns game The National Weather Service in Chicago forecast calls for frigid but sunny conditions with harsh wind chills during Sunday's game. The high temperature should reach around 13 degrees with the temperature set to be around 9 degrees at kickoff while reaching around 12-13 degrees near game's end. Winds will be around 12-13 miles per hour, coming out of the west northwest, with gusts reaching up to 22 miles per hour. I've seen this movie too many times. Late in the season and the Browns have a field full of back ups. A good defense getting run all over. Not a single guy on the Oline would be a starter anywhere. I'm done
