Let's refresh your memory!

In the 13 years Haslam owned the Browns, the GMs he hired:

1. Tom Heckert;
2. Michael Lombardi;
3. Ray Farmer;
4. Sashi Brown;
5. John Dorsey;
6. Andrew Berry.

Listed are the Head Coaches hired:

1. Rob Chudzinski;
2. Mike Pettine;
3. Hue Jackson;
4. Freddie Kitchens;
5. Kevin Stefanski.

With the help of Paul DePodesta, he finally took his advice and hired Kevin Stefanski. DePodesta is no longer with the Browns. If he fires both Berry and Stefanski, Jimmy will be the primary interviewer for the next hire.

Here is one of the best advices you will ever get!
It’s for you, me, the Browns and Mr Jimmy Haslam.

Don’t Go For Second Best!
Change until you get it right.

With more losses than wins the answer is self explanatory.
When drama, conflict and bad decision making is the norm then you also know.
When losses in the end of the season is more important than winning then you definitely know.

You can make a case for Andrew Berry.
His last draft was promising but at the same time the way he has handled the offense it’s unforgivable. To put it mildly.

When it comes to the smartest guy in the room there’s no excuses. One of the worst head coaches in the NFL.
Results tells the story. The eye test backs it up. Uninspiring. Charmless. Useless when it comes to verbal public communication.

What’s there to actually like?

The Cleveland Browns has to make changes until they get it right.
There’s no other alternative if you want significant changes.

Agreed, doing the same thing year after year and expecting different results is insane. There's no team culture, 6-year losing record (43-55), uninspired coaching, and has ruined the careers of two of the best players ever at their positions in the NFL (Thomas and Garrett). Over 30 years of Browns leadership and still can't put together a consistent winning team. To think, there's a team down the road that is about to put together their 20th consecutive season with a winning record. Yea, people bitch about their playoff record saying "Ha". Damn, it sure would be nice to be called a contender for 20 straight years with a winning record. People here keep screaming Super Bowl, how about establishing a yearly winning record first that will put yourself in that position for the run to the Super Bowl - have to learn to win first baby!

Hey, but all you supporters out there, cross your fingers and stay the course. WTH, maybe the Browns can win 4-6 games next year.

At this point steady progress wouldn't stop all the whining anyway.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

So, let's just keep going down that trail to the "continued factory of sadness."

English is hard. I said "steady improvement" wouldn't stop all the whining. Double check that before you reply this time.

Might mean the same thing, but as usual, you changed what you said.
