Monkin has bounced around a lot.
I don't know him but I get the feeling he is a coordinator type not a head coach.
He would not be the top three choice by any account. I don't think Monkin has the charisma to be a HC. Players don't even like him in lesser roles. He is part of the reason the Ravens don't have a HC anymore because Lamar hates Monkin.
You can't fix stupid but you can destroy ignorance. When you destroy ignorance you remove the justifications for evil. If you want to destroy evil then educate our people. Hate is a tool of the stupid to deal with what they can't understand.
