8 AM take 3 Dulcolax tablets 10 AM to 11 am start with 32 ounces of gatorade mixed with 4.2 ounces of MiraLAX 12 PM tom 1 PM drink another 32 ounces of gatorade and 4.1 ounces of Miralax.
You cleaned out and comfy before bedtime and just fine in the morning and no nasty tasting stuff. I use the gatorade zero orange flavored. I have had over 30 of them in the last 11 years.
I've had one colonoscopy in my life. Maybe two? I can't remember (bad memory). I think just one. Anyhow, they put me to sleep for the procedure. It went rather well, I was out the whole time and didn't feel a thing.
I'm pretty sure I did the same colon prep as GM.

The procedure is no big deal… the 24 hours before on the toilet sucks!!!!!
Had my first one a couple months ago… the crap they give you to clean your crap out is terrible… and i basically set up a tv in the bathroom and just hung out there all day… felt like I lost 10 lbs

Mine is coming up, they said I could buy a prep kit from them or use what GM mentioned above. Only difference they mentioned split dosing. Take half the miralax the day before, the other half the morning of(about 6 hours before the procedure).
It's supposed to be hard! If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great!
If your doc let's you use the Miralax, by all means do it. The other preps are God awful like the others have said. I had a new doc the last time and I had to do the Go Lytely prep. I actually puked...it was worse than that chemical tasting stuff.
