I looked up how many Hall of Famers the Bengals have had just to be accurate and not only is Anthony Munoz their only one, they've only had one other HOF player spend any time on their roster in their entire history. It was Charlie Joiner and he played for them for a few years before hitting it big in San Diego. I will never comprehend how Bengal "fans" can even try and bring up their past. It's absolutely histarical. Especially when their in the same division as the Steelers and Browns.

Actually, no, the history did not move with the football team to Baltimore. That was part of the stipulations of the move. The city kept the history and the namesake. The same cannot be said for the Baltimore Colts.
You cannot dismiss what happened in football leagues past just because it happened a long time ago. It's still a part of professional American football history. Those guys who played on the championship teams back before there was a Super Bowl or before there was an "NFL" are in the SAME Hall of Fame as those guys who played in Super Bowls. It's not like they are two distinct entities, ALL of it is still American Football History. Anyone who says anything different is just ignorant.

Why don't they count? Why is it too long ago? Because Jim Brown was a bad player? Because Paul Brown was a bad head coach? Because the hall of famers that played back then aren't recognized?

Cleveland may be poorer, but I don't remember the last time I was in Cleveland where I had a race riot or a curfew therein. I don't remember the last time I was in Cleveland where I had to leave my city to go to another state to have fun. I remember all of those in Cincinnati. You talk about us being poor when you have Over the Rhine. You talk about us being poor when you had Jerry Springer as the mayor of your city.
