Every draft seems to bring a shocker.
A trade, maybe a guy taken way earlier than expected.
Some kind of weird happening.
What will it be this year?
The Browns trade Myles to the Saints.
We get the Saints first this year pick 8. Their second rounder this year and 2027 first rounder.

I wouldn't mind a trade like that except in the other direction. Trading some of our picks for a legit LT starter (an aging vet maybe, but someone that SHOULD be able to start this year).
If we are trading Garrett, we also better have a trade ready to go for Ward.

The only scenario I can see the Browns trading Myles would be two firsts plus something( a second or stud player). A chance of a high 2027 first rounder to get a great QB in the 2027 draft.
The Saints are not expected to have a great season. Where they end up in the 2027 draft order?
One of the picks for Myles has to be with a team who could be picking high in 2027.

My draft day surprise prediction is that Omar Cooper gets drafted before Jordan Tyson.

Browns will trade down with the Cowboys #6 and #39 for #12 and #20 and draft WR Makai Lemon and LT Kadyn Proctor. Then trade #24 to Arizona for Marvin Harrison Jr.

Browns Go D with their pick at #6.
Could happen if a star D player drops and we don't find a trading partner we are willing to work with ....

I would be surprised if they drafted defense in the first or second round.

I could see the first two but not trading for Harrison.
Rookie salary and control over a guy who has not really lived up to his name.
He is not worth a first to the Browns IMO.

If we don't trade pick #39 I predict we use it to take R Mason Thomas - edge Oklahoma
I was previously going to predict a fall for Reuban Bain to the steelers at #21 But since that police report came out I am predicting Bain to the Ravens at #14

Ty Simpson going before the Steelers' pick at 21. Unless they trade up.

With the Number 6 Pick in the NFL draft the Cleveland Browns select Christian Pavon Kicker from Sam Houston State
