New York Jets vs Cleveland Browns Game Day Forecast

The New York Jets are home in East Rutherford, New Jersey today. They will be taking on the Cleveland Browns. The game is scheduled to start shortly after 1:00 pm EDT.

The game will be played in a driving rain storm. Cloudy skies will prevail for the entirety of the game. Winds will be moderate and variable at around 10 to 15 mph with a few higher gusts out of the east southeast to start the game, shifting to the east in the second half. Temperatures will be in the low 60s to start the game, holding steady throughout the game. Relative humidity will be high, starting in the mid 80% range and rising slightly to the upper 80s as the game progresses. There will be a near 100% chance of precipitation throughout the game. The rain will get heavier as the game progresses.

In short, these will be sloppy, nasty conditions for players and fans alike. Fans will want to bring their rain gear. For the players ball security will be an issue, as the ball will be wet and slick. Fumbles and dropped passes could be a problem, and the passing game will be difficult. Enjoy the game everyone.

This is an up and down game so far.

Several people disappeared after the DW signing.

As a Browns fan, he certainly appears to be a dirty player. People mask it by using terms like "intensity" and "aggressive" and say he's just very competitive. I call b.s.

Messy game. Watson has missed a few throws. I guess the weather can be an excuse. That should have been a TD to Bond. Oh well, it happens.

I spent much of the first half catching up after watching the Jax / Philly ending. Great game across the pond.

So far I would say we are playing not too good, not too bad. We can still win this but so far it looks like the Jets have an edge.

I got tired of reading "fire this coach", "cut that player", "the owner is a criminal" and our GM is the worst in the league" every other play. That and posters going back and forth for multipole pages with petty arguments. Is that reason enough? And no, Watson had nothing to do with it.
