I would just like to thank the Cleveland Browns defense for a great win yesterday.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I was wondering what the reaction was going to be if we beat the Ravens.

Not much.

I guess the juice has run dry on dawgtalkers.

I am SHOCKED that the defense is playing as well as it has been. I thought with the Schwartz drama and bringing in a new DC that we would be hitting reset on an extremely effective unit. And week 1 was looking to be confirmation of that theory, but here we are playing stellar defense and now we have an offense that is capitalizing (albeit the absolute bare minimum) to turn those defensive efforts into wins.

One other thing as I'm thinking this morning: we really need to get Fannin involved more. He's been AWOL the last few weeks and is a big part of our offense

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Boston is far to the left as KC settles into the slot. Fannin is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Sampson are split in the backfield as the ball is hiked ... Here we go."

Prior to Game 1, we were expected to be drafting high and the Rams at the bottom of Rd 1. After 6 games the positions are reversed (although it may only be temporary). Well as long as one of our two draft picks is in a prime spot, we can be very thankful that it is the Rams and not us....lol

He is not getting targets??

I don't know if it is DW. Or, Monken game plans.

He is our best receiver for YAC.

But damn I love Carson. What a great player.

I might have to get his jersey.

Haha, I got a JOK as soon as soon as they shelved him for the year again. I'm almost certain, that means retirement. Great player, great leader, goes to show injuries can derail any player type or level in the blink of an eye.

Deepest in the season the Browns have been in first place since 2014, when they led the division in week 10.

Still bums me out about JOK.

I am a big fan of his. I like the man and the football player. I would love for him to return but that is highly unlikely.

I wish him the best.

When you watch all the Carson does. It is clear he is the leader on defense. Such a smart player.

He doesn't miss tackles. He is tied for fourth in tackles. He also has an int. and two fumbles.

If he can stay healthy. He has the skills to be a HOFer.

Agreed, Schwesinger is what I envisioned JOK to become. He plays at a very high level for 4 quarters.

The only jersey I have since the Browns return is Joe Thomas. I don't regret it.

I find it hard to enjoy a browns win with watson as our qb
I am offended that we traded for him
I am offended that he is our starting qb
So when we win with him as qb, my reaction is: eh

I struggle to root for an organization that would sell its soul for a few wins

To be honest, if we sign him to another contract, I am done with the team.
Will I migrate to another team?
Probably not.
Most likely I will just give up ootball altogether

I would probably still hang out around here because I love interacting with you guys
Maybe I would start visiting the everything else thread
