And we're done with political ads! It's almost over, dawgs!

A mid term election thread would be nice. Is this what the intent of this thread is for? If so that's a very weird title for it.

I'm just as sick as anyone else is of the ads. It will be nice when they are over.

It is hilarious how you never address the topics in those threads but now wish to mock them. Not unexpected behavior however.

Thankfully I don't see the adverts .... The only ones I have seen are Trump advertising himself at the taxpayers expense during couple of football games I watched. And then Trump advertising himself via an official Social Sec email.

Dude. Seriously. I don't know what your problem is anymore.

Now you're telling me what threads to start?? GTHOH. 🤣 I knew this one was locked and there was no other thread to express my celebration for the end to this mess. It was only a matter of minutes before you started the new republicans thread... I did you a favor. And you actually piss your pants over it? Seek help.

Oh wait, is there some award for starting threads too? Another trophy next to your "I start 35 arguments a day" trophy?

Maybe I cheated you. Just start another Trump thread. I heard he burped out loud yesterday, maybe start there.

I’m exhausted. I open my mail box and crap falls out. I watch TV and it’s endless. My kids watch YouTube videos and it’s just as bad.

And the constant spam of text messages starting at 4am.

Dear lord the amount of “Stop” I have had to text out over the past several months…

A suggestion isn't telling anyone to do anything. Look it up.


How is that "telling you what to do"?

Maybe it's because nobody has called trump Satan? Now he and some of the people he surrounds himself may be in the family tree but that's not the same thing.

One big difference between us is that after reading your response, and many more you have made, I know exactly what your problem is.

That's the worst. They should go ahead and make that illegal. We get attacked from every other angle, leave our sms alone.

I can't believe these nuts are convinced that spending all this money moves the needle. Anybody - name any political ad that made you say "hmm, maybe I should consider voting for them". I've said it a hundred times this "season", if you've paid attention to these ads you would be 100% convinced to vote for nobody on the list.

The only ad I enjoyed in the least was the Sherrod Brown/ Texas Chainsaw skit. That was at least creative and good for a laugh.

The mailbox fliers are about the highest quality I've ever seen. It's like they're showing off how much money they're throwing away.


Anyway. There is no doubt, this is the worst and most saturated the airwaves have ever been, from my view. I do not look forward to the next cycle.

The two most important things we could ever hope to change remain: term limits and money in politics.
