Pres. Trump Signs Order to Designate The Oval Office & Cabinet Room as National Monuments - 11/05/26

It seems this idiot has no idea that a new president can override, modify, or completely revoke an existing executive order issued by a previous president and that unless a presidential proclamation is authorized by congress it holds no legal value.

Does he really think presidents that proceed him are going to work in an office that looks like it was designed for an episode of Cribs?

And don't touch it or he'll come back and get you! rofl

US attorney tasked with leading 'grand conspiracy' probe into Trump's foes resigns from DOJ

Jason Reding Quinones has stepped down, Attorney General Todd Blanche announced.

Jason Reding Quinones, the South Florida-based U.S. attorney tasked with leading a sweeping and controversial conspiracy probe targeting President Donald Trump's foes, has resigned from the Justice Department, Attorney General Todd Blanche announced.

Reding Quinones is the second high-level DOJ official to depart the Trump administration following Democrats' historic midterm wins, following Thursday's resignation by Trump ally Harmeet Dhillon from the department's Civil Rights Division.

Reding Quiñones is also the latest among several Trump-allied attorneys to step away from the so-called "grand conspiracy" probe launched by the DOJ to examine whether intelligence officials and other government actors organized in a criminal effort to violate President Trump's civil rights dating back to his 2016 campaign.

While the probe has ensnared numerous targets of President Trump in behind-the-scenes legal wrangling over subpoenas and grand jury testimony, it has thus far led to no criminal indictments in what sources have said is a source of frustration for President Trump and other top DOJ officials.

Reding Quinones' departure was seen as a foregone conclusion in recent weeks, according to sources, after DOJ leadership admonished him in private meetings for his lack of progress in the grand conspiracy investigation and his frequent trips to Washington, D.C.

"We are grateful for Jason's leadership in combatting violent crime, drug trafficking, sex trafficking, and transnational crime," Blanche said in a social media post announcing Reding Quinones' departure.

It seems as things have turned out what was called a grand conspiracy probe is the grand conspiracy. Who'da thunk it?

Another one bites the dust.............

DOJ shake-up continues with head of national security division, US attorney in Miami resigning

John Eisenberg, the head of the National Security Division at the Department of Justice, is stepping down from his post, multiple sources told Fox News on Friday.

Shortly after Fox News learned of Eisenberg's resignation, Attorney General Todd Blanche announced it on social media.

"He has served with distinction, strengthening our nation’s ability to address threats, both foreign and domestic," Blanche said. "Under his leadership, the Division advanced President Trump’s mission to make America safe by prosecuting terrorists and working with our law enforcement partners to disrupt planned attacks on the American people."

This was Eisenberg's second stint serving under President Donald Trump. In Trump's first term, Eisenberg was an assistant and deputy counsel to the president, as well as a legal advisor to the National Security Council, which advises presidents on foreign policy matters.

Less than an hour before Eisenberg's departure was made public, Blanche announced the resignation of Jason Reding Quiñones, the U.S. Attorney for Florida's Southern District.

Quiñones' office was perhaps most known for its indictment of Raúl Castro, the former president of Cuba who took over after his brother Fidel Castro's nearly 50-year reign.

"We are grateful for Jason’s leadership in combatting violent crime, drug trafficking, sex trafficking, and transnational crime," Blanche said. "Jason has served the Department multiple times over his distinguished career, and we thank him for his service to this country."

These two departures come just a day after Harmeet Dhillon, who headed up the DOJ's Civil Rights Division, announced she'd be leaving as well.
