That may have something to do with it, but I just don't think half are good QBs at all. I think they are more a case of being great athletes and running backs that can throw. The two main exceptions are Garrard (the man is a QB that can run, not a RB that can throw) and McNabb.

The rest, particularly Young & Russell, aren't much of a QB in my mind.

I'd hardy toss Jason Campbell and Jamarcus Russell into the 'Running backs that can throw' mix. They both can move a little bit... but certainly are not great scramblers by any means. Not saying that they are good or gonna be good QBs either however.

Well at first this came as a surprise - as the team got in the playoffs and are young.

But obviously there is a personal rift between Chow and their QB of the future Young.

And I'm sure Chow is trying to mold Young into his offense rather than change the playbook to fit Young. I'm sure he goes on the Raven's list of interviews.

Guy is suppose to be a true offensive genius - look for him to go to Dallas if Garret leaves. And don't rule out the Lions.

Funny, I thought that the coach/GM was responsible for the lack of offense/ play makers. Maybe Norm let him know why the offense sucked.
