During an appearance at the Convent Avenue Baptist Church in Harlem, the former president was caught nodding off. Clinton was there during a service to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., while his wife was nearby at Abyssinian Baptist Church, where she was endorsed by its minister, Rev. Calvin Butts. Clinton has had napping episodes before. Among others, he nodded off at a Mets game and at Ronald Reagan's funeral. When he was president, he told Dan Rather, "If I can take a nap, even 15 or 20 minutes in the middle of the day, it is really invigorating to me. On the days when I'm a little short of sleep, I try to work it out so that I can sneak off and just lie down for 15 minutes, a half an hour, and it really makes all the difference in the world."

Maybe when he said that he never had sexual realtions with Monica he thought he was telling the truth because he slept through it.

It's difficult to respect a woman who stays with her man even after he cheated on her and embarrassed her from coast to coast. I guess she really loves the White House.

If I thought for a moment that her desire to stay together was anything but a calculated political move, I could respect the crap out of her for trying to overcome what she went through.. unfortunately, I believe that was her only motivation.

Exactly why I don't like her. If she had said, "screw you Bill, I'm leaving" I would have respected that greatly., but she enjoyed beign the First lady (and probably had an eye toward runnning for Prez one day and knew that he has a way with voters).
I don't think much of his character either, BTW. Cheating on a spouse is a big no-no in my book.

I believe that was a foolish mistake. Wouldn't Bill have had more fun if he sent HER to S. Carolina and HE went to Vegas??
