HOORAY I SAY HOORAY Parts of Ohio will apparently get hit with 2-10 inches of snow. Although this winter (at least central Ohio) we've received near average snowfall, maybe a bit more, we haven't been hit hard at one time. Im hoping for 8 inches in Columbus, and NO sleet/rain/freezing rain, nothing but pure snow. I have a sneaky suspicion Columbus will get some freezing rain and northern Ohio all snow, like usual, but we shall see.  http://www.nws.noaa.gov/

Henry's blog Accuweather is saying this morning that on a line east of Columbus to Cleveland north is in line for 12-24 inches of snow. See link above.

I don't generally complain about the snow and cold. I mean, I live in Northeast Ohio, it's just the way it is.
But this is just about the time of year I get pretty tired of it all and I'm really looking forward to it getting warmer and staying lighter.
I am unfamiliar with this feeling of optimism

That's true. What a pick-me-up. It will also be lighter for people to drive by and see me kicking my snowblower as it does not turn off. The only way I can get it to turn off is to either ram it into a big pile of snow, thereby stopping the little paddles, or having it run out of gas.
