After reading the thread on William Green in pure football, which current/former Browns rubbed you the wrong way? Here's a list of mine:

Andre Rison- For many obvious reasons.

Gerard Warren- Talked a good game and played an entirely different one. Saying he would take Roethlisberger out of the game and then recording a grand total of one tackle in that game.

Quincy Morgan- Another failed pick. Slams the Browns every chance he gets. (Week prior to Broncos game in 06.)

Earl Little- Acted like a Pro Bowler but constantly was lit up in single coverage.

JMHO Any thoughts and opinions?

Currently its K2. Don't get me wrong, I love having him on my side, but something about wanting the new contract (through the media) after hardly playing 2 years while getting paid and with an already restructured contract that allowed him to recoup his money, bothers me a bit.

Another? Trent Dilfer

Gerrard Warren

Anyone named “Big Money” rubs me wrong.

The ongoing joke between my friends and I is an alleged interview after practice on year. I never could find the youtube.

Reporter:
“So Gerrard, you look good this training camp. Have you been putting extra effort in the offseason”

Gerrard: “I’m a dawg, I love hoes, money and clothes. Do it big.”

Don’t laugh….it’s the truth.

He ripped the organization on his way out. He’s an ungrateful jerk. He should have thanked us for not dumping him into the river in Pittsburgh after that playoff game...and leaving him there forever.

None of the Browns have ever rubbed me, so I can't comment.

While that may be true on some level, when we needed him the most, he let us down. You don't get many chances to beat a rival in their home in the playoffs. Go ask Jag fans, he dropped a key pass with the Jags this past postseason too. When you need him, he's dropping passes.

I don't really care if you can make a nice catch against a sub-500 team in the 1st quarter. Make it when it counts the most!

If that's the rules.

1. Modell

2. Warren

3. Rison

4. Belichick

5. Butch Davis

6. Carman Policy

7. Dwight Clark

That's the order I would rank them in.

Webster Slaughter. Thanks for that "lookout block" on Jeremiah Castille hence making Byner the goat. Liked his production, I just didn't like him.

LOL

It wasn't so much Hall as much as it got irritating to always hear announcers talk about the 'diminutive" Dino Hall....so thanks for bring that up...but since he was the reason for the irritating comments, he sort of got thrown in the mix.

It wasn't Slaughter's fault that Byner didn't have the ball protected at that point. Plus, Byner had a tendency to fumble nearly as much as a guy like Leroy Hoard did. I loved Byner, but he put the ball on the ground too much.

Fat Penny as well. William Green because not only did he let the team down with his drug issues, but he had no abilities to make him worth the efforts. Whiney Holcomb.....

Easiest answer, IMO: Corey Freakin' Fuller. God, I can't stand that guy. Terrible player who trash talked way too much.

I know he wasn't a Brown, but I'd have to say we'd all agree on :

Terry McAuley!

Brian Russell because he absolutely sucked at tackling and in coverage.

Jeff Garcia for obvious reasons.

I can name a ton of dud personalities from the Davis regime.

It's amazing how unlikeable that team was compared to our team now just from player personality standpoint.

Good question.

Bruce Arians: Couldn't stand how he would call a WR screen when we needed 8 yrds on 3rd down.

Terry Robiskie: Guy was just terrible OC

William Green: Try driving a defender by turning his back to him and leaning against him.

James Jackson: Diving forward like a quarter back would instead of trying to break the tackle.

Jeff Garcia: Have to agree with everything T.O. said about him.

Gerrar Warren and Quincy Morgan: Anybody who parties with the steelers as if they are friends doesn't belong on this team. Nuff said about them two.

That's pretty much it for now.

Botch - decent HC - tried to do too much and too many lies in the media

Warren - arrogent without being able to back any of it up

Garcia - Whined too much

Dropcutt - obvious reasons

those are four off the top of my head.
