Leinart shouldn't be grilled like he is for doing this.... If they are underage, then yes, that is wrong.... but it happens everyday where underage kids drink alcohol. Doesn't make it right by any means, but dang.... If he wants to have fun.. who's to stop him? Ultimately, its his decision, just like its PacMans decision to go to strip clubs.
And at house parties, NOBODY checks ID's.. lol..

It was probably Nick Lachey. He was supposedly at the party according to Mike & Mike. They said that at some parties, you have to leave your keys at the door to avoid driving drunk and if stuff like this is going to cause issues with Whisenhut, maybe Leinart should have a "leave your cell phones & cameras at the door" policy. 
I agree with the posters that said this is a "non story" unless the girls were underage. Slow time of the year though. Gotta drum up some kind of conversation.

I figured he was a sleeze when I heard he ditched is preggers long time girl friend. So far my opinion remains unchanged.The good news is I don't see Paris Hilton in any of the pics.
