Who's delusional? <img src="/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> Every last one of you who thinks or thought that your team would be remotely competitive this season. All of you who thought your overpriced veterans would make any significant impact. Each of you who thought Charlie "the bum" Frye was a true NFL Caliber QB.. LOL, talk about exposing your ignorance, Curly. Mike is a RAVENS FAN. LOL, pot meet kettle.
Funny how you pimp your two losses in the Super Bowl as some sort of achievement and ignore the FACT that the Browns have ACTUALLY WON World Championships. Any straw to grasp, I guess. <img src="/images/graemlins/rolleyes1.gif" alt="" /> Hey Coach, Thanks for clearing the "mix-up" with the CURL and also correcting me on not just the one (1) BUT TWO (2) LOSSES in the SB. I, once again stand corrected, TWO (2) LOSSES in the SB.. <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" />....."About face, forward....MARCH.. <img src="/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif" alt="" />......right to the sofa and watch the rest of the teams on AFN Curly....... <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> Oh, and by the way, I commend you on your duty to this country, of course this is smack when we talk about the game (football), but military is my heart and I will keep you and the rest of your troops in prayer...Football on the other hand, BENGALS SUCK...... <img src="/images/graemlins/naughtydevil.gif" alt="" />

LOL, wow, the second coming of the master of delusion. The only reason I've had to use the same posts is that I'm replying to the same ignorance over and over. I know you hate when those pesky little things called FACTS get in the way of your ignorance, McAndre Jr.
The FACTS are quite clear. The Browns have MULTIPLE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS. The Bungles have none. Now, there's something for you to "chew" on.
You don't even know who you are replying to and who they are a fan of, yet you come on here talking about how you smack people? The BEST you have come up with was some lame poems that EVERYONE on the board laughed at you for being ignorant enough to try and mocked you for them. Your attempts at smack are as successful as the team you root for. Cheer up, though, McCurly, at least you can brag that your team leads the league in arrests and with their recent signing looks to be serious about defending that title. <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> Hey Coach, I didn't know that Andre had any kids, that claimed him.. <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" />..You know that Tigers (not Bengal) eat their young, Like Cheese CURLS..... <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" />

Your missing the point, coily. The humor is in a bungle fan accusing anyone of having "deluded states of reality". One winning season and one playoff appearance in 17 years.... and the bungle fans think they have a good team. Even the lowly Browns have more winning seasons and been to the playoffs more than that.....and didn't even have a team a few of those years. <img src="/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> OUCH!

You must be kidding, the lowly Cleveland Brown organization is working on 4+ decades with NO Super Bowl appearances, how sad is that? The Bengals have had 2 Super Bowl appearances & you are reminded of that every time you turn on the TV to watch a game, who do you see? Either Boomer Esiason or Chris Collinsworth or Solomon Wilcots, how many Brown players do you see, none. Get serious or get out of the shack???
This coming from the resident "jester" of this place???
What on earth have you posted in the last 5 or 6 years that doesn't follow the same repetitive babble thet you've always had..??
"No one knows more than CoachB and no one uses facts but CoachB"
Please!! I hope you aren't silly enough to flatter yourself like that.
And just so you'll have something to chew on, O'master of logic and fact, how were the Bengals supposed to win anything pre merger??? The team didn't exist then. But since we have existed, we've had more success than the Clowns..(or don't the 2 super bowl appearances count for that?)
Coach the only thing you have ever handed out to anyone, is maybe some free tickets to whatever debacle of a team is unfortunate to have you as their coach..
But hey, it probably beat the alternative of having to go to the Clowns game right??? <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Bring it on boys....There aint a one of you here thats ever been able to handle me in this forum..As a team or one on one..Then again what more should you expect of fans of that horrid little squad up north??? <img src="/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" /> What are you doing Curly, trying to take the place of Cramps on here? <img src="/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Well good for Mike..
As far as achievments, when you haven't had any to speak of since the years before the NFL merger, I wouldn't think you'd try to talk smack at all. Those old NFL championships are all that Browns fans can cling to because your team has been too sorry to get the job done once they had to beat more than 12 teams to get to the Championship. Oh that is not dreaming, it is a fact. And didn't they also have the AFL championship game at that time?..So I guess if one wanted to they could call your little titles. somewhat "disputed". Clevelanders are the only fans I can think of who go out and thump there chests over championships that were won when football was just getting used to seeing the forward pass..What a joke!! Enjoy your top 5 draft pick again..I'm sure he'll be another of the "legends" that you all boastfully, yet blindly predict each year...
"Maybe we (the clowns) can be like the New England Patriots"..
Maybe the ones who fought in a war. Certainly not like the ones who play on the field...
The hiliarious nature of it all is truly amazing.. <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I'll say this, You Bungholes sure have a higher degree of convoluted logic than any other fan base i know of. Heres a little clue for you. An NFL title is an NFL title Is and NFL title no matter what era it was won in. No matter what the circumstances dictated at the time, if you won it, you climbed Mt. Everest. May i remind you the Brown's franchise has 4 or is it 5 of them in just a 10 or 12 yr stretch. (Correct me if i'm wrong) If there was nothing to winning an NFL title back then as you say, why is it No other team in the league had as many, or near as many? <img src="/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> Conversely, your SORRY Franchise has been part of the NFL since 68. My calculations say thats 39 yr's. In that time span you went to 2 SB's, Lost them both, thereby FAILING to scale Mt. Everest. Aside from the Homers, NO one remembers the Runner up, so your franchise remains in the sorry state till you finally can claim King of the Hill honors, which by the way looks doubtful anytime soon since Armageddon may get here first. Oh ya, i might add that in both of your SB's you became Montana's Bitch the last few minutes in each. Championship teams don't become another's Bitch if they are truly championship caliber <img src="/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> I feel a personal attack coming <img src="/images/graemlins/rolleyes1.gif" alt="" />

Dream on Clownboy! The Bengals are in a hell of a lot better shape going into the 2007 season than the Sad & Pathetic Cleveland Clowns. Bengals fans are looking forward to the new season, we get all the IR players back & Carson is not recovering from a Blown out knee. Hopefully this will bode just as well as your superbowl contender prediction for the Bengals in 2006. You know Sad and Pathetic may be the Browns record this season, but what's MORE Sad and Pathetic is what the Bengals record was with the talent they have on their team. BTW, how did Carson's knee hinder his play at all this year? He looked fine to me. Wait, I forgot that you're from Cincinnati, so let me educate you. You're knee is NOT in your arm. Two decades? You must be kidding, the lowly Cleveland Brown organization is working on 4+ decades with NO Super Bowl appearances, how sad is that? Two decades of Bungling...no joke. Did Cincinnati not Bungle on the field goal/extra point/defending Holmes, etc.? Also, quit bragging about losing the big game. It's sad and just downright stupid that you use that as smack. Do I go around bragging to other baseball clubs about losing the World Series in 95 and 97? Hell no! The Bengals have had 2 Super Bowl appearances & you are reminded of that every time you turn on the TV to watch a game, who do you see? Either Boomer Esiason or Chris Collinsworth or Solomon Wilcots, how many Brown players do you see, none. You poor & pathetic Cleveland Clowns, no matter how bad the Bengals have been, nothing can compare to what a joke you are. Here we go again....is this all you have to say? 2 Super Bowl losses...great. I don't know whether to say congrats or I'm sorry. I don't get reminded of that whenever I watch television...if anything, the only thing I get bitter being reminded of is Bradshaw actually WINNING the Superbowl. If you talking about comparing the teams by looking at people, why don't you stroll up to Canton and compare the amount of Browns and Bengals you see in the Hall of Fame? The funniest thing about you, I'd have to say, is the fact that you come here and try to talk smack and then when you get your butt handed back to you, you always play it off as "Oh, I'm sick of being around here. I've had my thrill. I'm leaving." Typical fairweather Bengals fan....

Well you can go ahead and pull your nose out of their little brown butts whenever you are ready..Just cuz your team was one of the Clowns personal whipping boys while they won those championships just doesn't mean a lot. And you have the nerve of trying to call us Montana's b****? I don't seem to remember any pee-pants team having what it took to beat out any AFC team to take on those 49 teams of that era, so you can just shut up about that.
So in your own little spurt of reasoning, I guess the squeelers were truly the sissy's of professional football for a lot longer time than the Bengals or Browns ever hoped to be..

Here's All you need to Know CurlyQ. 1. The FACTS are, the Browns won NFL Championships, so hows that Brown nosing? <img src="/images/graemlins/rolleyes1.gif" alt="" /> 2. Your Pathetic franchise came in the league in 68, 2 yrs after the First SB was played. In that time span we have 5 of those Lombardi's to your NONE . The 2 chances you had you BLEW it to the same team, ergo, Montana OWNS your sorry arses, and your still without a SB . Your guys sure talk a lot of sheeet for a franchise thats never really won anything. <img src="/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> I just presented you with irrefutable FACTS , any BS you would like to add to it, cause thats all it could possibly be is BS <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" />

Oh please cut the love fest...Like I said, who ever refuted any of the facts you just posted..Its also a fact that it took you guys 42 years to get to a super bowl. You couldn't get the job done in a watered down 12 team league?? .In that time you were one of the worst teams in football...Even though it was just a tiny little league at the time..So like I said before, you can shut up whenever you want to or will you try to refute those particular FACTS?
How is it brown nosing? I can't count how many times I've seen Steeler, Raven and Bengal fans say that the early Clown championships don't equate to what a Championship in todays game mean..I totally understand and agree with it..So if you elect to kiss the clown fans butts and say "oh sure they do" then to me, you're brown nosing. You don't have to like my reasoning but to me you got your nose and both lips attached to their behind when you say it..(so go ahead and get mad about it if you want, I dont' particuarly care)
Lastly, this is for you and folks like DogMichelle (gee I wonder how else I could say that?) I love how you suddenly have to resort to profanity to try to make your opinions more relevant..You look real desperate when you do that..And it speaks volumes to the class of person that both of you are. (just above garbage would be about right)
You make me laugh Steel..You are the first person in here to try to rip the Browns to shreds but at the same time you'll come here and defend them as if maybe, just maybe, you are a closet Clowns fan yourself...Which I highly suspect you are...

YOU talk about looking desperate when you make false statements like a "watered down" league of 12 teams. Your entire delusional "point" contradicts itself. If there are LESS PLAYERS IN THE LEAGUE, that would mean that overall, they are MORE TALENTED than if there were more players.
I have corrected you on this many times and will do so once again, since comprehension is obviously not your friend. Today there are 32 teams in the league. If they expanded that to 64 teams, that would WATER DOWN the talent in the league because you would have more roster spots for players that wouldn't have the talent to be IN the league with less teams. Your ignorance is quite entertaining, though.
Oh, and before you start your tangent about the AFL, don't forget that there was another league throwing money around at other teams during the Super Bowl era that took talent away.....I know that history and facts aren't your friends either, but the USFL must have "watered down" alot of those Super Bowl victories, too. Please, Curly, you are trying to make excuses for the FACT that your pathetic team has NEVER WON A CHAMPIONSHIP and you are desperate enough to try to insult the teams that actually have. Get a championship, then you can talk smack. Until then, you are a fan of a pathetic franchise that has had ONE WINNING SEASON in 16 years.....and even after that regressed and is now more worried about winning legal battles than football games. Deal with it. <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" />

I have corrected you on this many times and will do so once again, since comprehension is obviously not your friend. Not my friend?? So let me see, in CoachB world, its easier to win a championship with a 1 in 32 shot vs. a 1 in 12 shot???? Now I don't know what special school in southern Canada, taught you that, but it really reflects on the content of your posts.... Why can't you just deal with the FACT that your team has not made it to the superbowl since the league merged...That leaves about 5 teams that haven't done that while some have made it 5 times or more..It has nothing to do with NFL championships..It has to do with the reality that the Clowns have only choked away opportunities and blinded their fans to the organization's total ineptitude for so long that all fans like you can do is brag about a by-gone era...Tell your current team to grow a "set" real soon or most posters will be dead before you even make it to a Superbowl... Heck folks, I don't make it up..Its in the record books....

Curly, making it to a Super Bowl isn't anything special. We could have played in ten of them and it wouldn't even matter. The point is WINNING the SB...that's the ONLY thing that counts. That's why football is played.

Well maybe thats why Cleveland has never made it to the game..I'd like to see a player tell someone that making it to the super bowl isn't special. Its how you get the chance to become World Champion..A player may play a hundred games in his career but will he remember the game when he had 3 or 4 TD's or the Super Bowl that he either won or lost????

I didn't mean it wasn't special...of course it's nice to make it to the SB. I'm just saying that making it to the SB doesn't mean anything in retrospect if you lose it.
When you think about the Bengals SB appearances, do you <img src="/images/graemlins/rolleyes1.gif" alt="" /> / <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> and think about how you wish you would've won? Or, is it enough for you that they made it there in the first place? After the fact, I believe I would do the eyeroll and frown over the Browns losing a Super Bowl.
Refresh my memory, if you would please, when were the Bengals in the SB?

1981 Lost to the 49ers....I think it was 20-16 (20-0 at one point)
1988 Lost to the 49ers...49ers scored winning TD with 34 sec remaining..
Both were great games to see..
Of course I wish we had won, but it wasn't to be..But I was around for both and the buzz around the city and about the team was something you will never forget..

1988 Lost to the 49ers...49ers scored winning TD with 34 sec remaining..
Both were great games to see.. Thanks...I couldn't remember. Almost 20 and 26 years ago. Of course I wish we had won, but it wasn't to be..But I was around for both and the buzz around the city and about the team was something you will never forget.. My point is, though it was no doubt fun and exciting, it doesn't change the fact that nothing came of it. I would say the same if it were the Browns.

Ahhhh, I see Curly has graduated from the McAndre school of delusional thought. It's easier to win when you are 1 of 32 teams rather than 1 in 12. I alreadly showed you why with simple facts. If you have 32 teams with a 54 man roster, you have 1728 players in the league. With a 12 team league, you have 648. Now, follow LOGIC, McCurly. If you had the best 648 players this season on teams, would they be better or worse talent and depth wise than the current 32 teams that has 1728 players on them? OBVIOUSLY the answer is if it were a 12 team league, the teams would have more talent as they would not be watered down. I understand you refusing to acknowledge that FACT because it shows your arguement has no merit and is nothing more than twisting things to fit your arguement.
The simple fact is ANYONE that understands the game and can use just a LITTLE deductive reasoning and COMMON SENSE (which explains why you don't understand, obviously) can see that your doing nothing more than blowing smoke and have no legitimate point. Once again, I've proven you wrong on this. How much simpler to I need to put it so even you can comprehend? <img src="/images/graemlins/rolleyes1.gif" alt="" />

Hey curlyQ. Coach had this same argument with Cramps i think it was 3 yrs ago. When the dust settled, it was Obvious Cramps Got OWNED , much like you are now. Instead of speed reading Evelyn Woodhead style, try some objectivity along with some comprehension and you'll see whats being said here. Your way to emotional curly, and therein is your downfall <img src="/images/graemlins/rolleyes1.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for proving my point yet again CurlyQ. Montana Vs Bengals in both SB's = OWNED ! You make me laugh Steel.. You are the first person in here to try to rip the Browns to shreds but at the same time you'll come here and defend them as if maybe, just maybe, you are a closet Clowns fan yourself ...Which I highly suspect you are... Poor Curly, has NO idea what he's talking about ----- AGAIN ! OK Curly, show me ONE post since I've been back here where i Ripped the Browns to shreds . I'll wait.....Tick tick tick tick. What's that CurlyQ, can't seem to find even ONE? Your so sure of it right? so show me ONE post. show me or LINK please....thats what i thought <img src="/images/graemlins/rolleyes1.gif" alt="" /> You see curly, this is another sad case where you open mouth, insert foot before you know the facts. What facts you may ask? Well for starters i was born and Raised the first 10 yrs of my life just 8 miles out of Cleveland. Yes curly, the browns were my team at the time. then we moved to Pittsburgh and since i was age 11 at the time, i took a liking to the Black & Gold but never forgetting my roots. So you see most uninformed curly, there still is an Affinity for the Browns, but when it comes time to play head to head, i root for the Steelers. Now curly, whats so hard to understand about that i ask you? <img src="/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> At any rate, most of your replies of late are far reaching along with a certain amount of groping at best. some people operate on logic and reasoning for the most part, some don't. You fit quite well with the latter. <img src="/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> By the way curly, when your Bungholes came in to the league back in 68, you had the advantage of some of the best Draft pics the NFL has ever seen. Conversely, the steelers were sitting at the bottom of the barrel with No light in the tunnel. Noll comes on board in 69 and slowly turns things around. So the question becomes, since you had all those #1 and First round picks, you had the advantage on us. So in essence, its as though we both were starting off on the same page. you with me so far curly? <img src="/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" /> Since he SB only came into play 2 yrs previous, and in light of what i just pointed out, tell me curly, with ALL those top picks, what the hell happened? I mean if between the 2 teams, your Bungholes should have been the ones to draw first blood where the SB is concerned, but they didn't. Matter of fact curly, its been 39 yrs now and STILL no SB for your Bungholes. Are you understanding me curly or do i need to bring your 5th grade teacher in. <img src="/images/graemlins/saywhat.gif" alt="" /> Once more just for you k. By the time you came in the league in 68, and for all the advantages you had, our 2 teams were basically started out even as they relate to each other. Whats happened since then? Well thats easy enough Mr. Curly--the Steelers went on to win 5, count em, 5 LOMBARDI'S, Your Bungholes? well they are STILL sitting at a Big fat 0, as in NONE--NADA. <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> So next time you decide to insert foot in mouth, try to think things through first. you know what's REAL and whats not. What makes sense in the REAL world, what doesn't, Things like that. <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> God, no wonder your team has never really won anything, they all must think like you. Sorry, Was just a thought Now there's No charge THIS TIME for me SCHOOLING you, but if you keep it up, I'll have my secretary send you a bill post haste. Understand Kiddo? I'll check back to see what convoluted, distorted, logic you come up with time. Oh did i say Juxtapose? yes, I'm sure you do that to <img src="/images/graemlins/rolleyes1.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/rofl.gif" alt="" />
