This is a really off handed comment, haha but oh well.  Does anyone know how they determine the draft order in the NBA? There were teams in the west that didn't make the playoffs but have better records then the Cavs. Do they get put in front of them? or behind? If anyone has an explanation I would appreciate it. Cavs look good so far. Playing with a lot of energy.

Up 13 at the half We seem to start out EVERY quarter very slow. Maybe we can avoid that in the 3rd and 4th quarters and put this one away early

yeah, all non playoff teams get put into a lottery, the chances of getting #1 go from worst record with the best chance, all the way down to best record with the least chance, and i believe the top 4 (or 5) teams are guaranteed at least a top 4 (or 5) pick
and with that said, how about this game? how about wally showing up? i think mike brown finally has a feel on this rotation... you can see the pieces falling into place, they are playing better than most of us had thought...
a few questionable calls by the refs in this game so far, one, i thought the gilbert arenas tech was pretty weak... it was a shove, but barely... but also, gilbert arenas should know that these refs are looking for any reason to try and keep this game under control... the same goes for andy with that flagrant, you might be saying that blatche got away with one in the first game, but andy has to know that these refs want this game to run smoothly with no extra-curricular after the whistle...
and then with under a minute left, joe smith goes for a loose ball, and gets absolutely mugged, no call, and it was a horrendous no-call...
we need to finish this game off... no dryspells... no stupid fouls... keep with the defense, this game is at OUR pace, and it should stay that way...

And as usual they seem to be playing A LOT harder in the playoffs. You are seeing they go after every loose ball, no lazy passes, I wish they would play with this intensity during the regular season.

Wally is playing really well tonight.... like I said earlier, if we can keep the outside shooting going we're goign to be very tough to beat... LBJ will get doubled and trippled so you know there will be guys with wide open looks.

you've gotta believe eddie jordan is putting a tongue lashing to his guys in that locker room right now, so we've got to weather the storm, and then suck the life out of them when their best isn't good enough...
but yeah, 13 points is nothing...a few turnovers, a few perimter shots, and it becomes a ballgame again...
but i really like this pace, i said antawn jamison was a guy that we needed to keep in check, and i think we have done a tremendous job of that... we are forcing them to take outside shots and they aren't falling (shocking in the playoffs, huh?)

No to sopcast. Work makes sure we can't watch vidoes or anything that takes to much bandwidth. I have trouble with almost any media.
Thanks for the thoughts Jaybird! Watchting sports up here is tough, but there are a lot of thing to make up for it (oh mountians, all day long sunlight, fish the size of a small car) AND with the Browns getting all the prime time less 8am sunday wakeups to make the bar by 9!!!!!!

I've thought about moving there but I think my family would kill me... I do need to take a trip up there sometime.
Cavs should still be rolling... this game is getting really physical

this game has gotten out of hand... the ball movement by the cavs is great, very very little of the lebron and 4 offense... defense is spectacular...
i don't think we go to washington looking for a split... we are looking to send these guys home on their own court...

Damn lucky is more like it - he still sucks with offense... but that was a really smart play by Big Ben... at least Andy has been better at the line so it's smarter to get it into his hands.

Verajao moves very well for a big man. His offensive problems are because he doesnt try to establish his offense and they dont run any plays for him. He looks to me that he could develop another post move to compliment the baby hook and we might have a little something with Andy. He just seems to go for whole games at a time without trying to get involved ofensively
