Ben Wallace has been GREAT in this first half. Running down loose balls, blocking a few shot, getting a few steals and making a few nice passes. Looking like the Ben from his Detroit days. 9 rebounds, 3 on the offensive end.

he kind of did a flinch "i'm gonna hit you" thing... whatever you want to call it, watch the replay, he acted as if he was going to hit him with a forearm...
it should have been a double tech, because haywood knew exactly what he was doing...
boobie has to keep his cool though... it's like hockey, when you have stuff like that they are almost always going to the second guy

Double tech or no call. Haywood didn't need to hang on the rim for 10 minutes. He wasn't in any danger of getting hurt.

cavs go into the fourth up 7, they had a pretty bad lapse in the middle of the 3rd there, but finished strong...
this should be an entertaining fourth quarter...

delonte had a hell of a game, his outside shot was the difference... not only that last one, but there was one point where he nailed 2 corner 3's on back-to-back possessions...
and wow, that final shot was huge... i don't think any of us wanted to see the cavs play in overtime with lebron and z both in foul trouble...
it's time to put the talkers to sleep..

Some thoughts from the game
1. We need to win at home IMO... it'd be best for the fans.. and I don't want to hear any more over-rated chants
2. I LOVE the fact that LBJ has not said a DAMN thing about the over-rated, the chants, whatever except for the Jay-z thing... he let's his game speak for himself
3. West and Gibson came up HUGE today! Wow what a game those two had! If we can get consistent outside shooting from West, Gibson, and/or Wally this team is tough to beat.
4. I thought Z really had an off game today... he just didn't have his shot down to me
5. Wallace had a good game IMO... I don't remember much in the second half but in the first half he had a TON of rebounds! Really kept us in the game early. I know a lot has been said about him with his poor offense and shooting, but it's games like these that show why we got him. Solid defense today and some big time rebounds.
Gotta win the next one.

Good game.
I must say this. The flagrant foul by Stevenson was much more viscous than Haywood's in game two. He should be suspended for the next game. He wasn't going for the block. I played BB and I know what he was doing. Watch it again. His face was twisted w/emotion, he brought his arm back and swung. He hit LeBron right in the freaking head. Man........I would love a piece of that POS.
Crazy game. We turned the ball over way too many times, but negated the TOs w/offensive boards and some huge threes. Joe Smith played well today. He contributed. Nice to see.

Stevenson is such a <insert favorite profanity here>. The guy is just such trash. He's like their 3rd or 4th bench option, talks more smack than anyone in the series, says a guy that's led a team to win an actual play-off series is over-rated, acts like a jackbutt with his whole, "look at me, I'm invisible" nonsense, and now takes cheapshots at LeBron. I never really wish harm on people, but it would be difficult to not crack a smile if a Ben Wallace elbow were to accidently catch him in the face during a rebound.

I know, man. The guy is one of the biggest asses I have ever seen on the court. I know if I would have played against him........we would have been fighting. Now........I'm glad LeBron has more sense than I do, but the guy is just begging to have his ass kicked.
Oh..........and that "OVERRATED" chant is unbelievable. LeBron gets a lot of pub, but the guy is a tremendous player. He is a team player. He scores, rebounds, passes. Even his defense has improved. Overrated, he is not. Glad we don't have to hear that again this year.

I tend to agree with you Lebron. I think we come out focused on Wednesday. We need to continue to keep our cool, cause I can tell you that if we have control of the game in the second half, those goons may try something.....
