I would like to let everyone know that there has been a very bad situation happen here.
Today my daughter had an arrangement with my youngest granddaughters father for an unsupervised visitation and he kidnapped Jeanna around 5:00 pm this evening.
The Alliance Police Department went above and beyond helping Kat but unfortunately we now have to deal with Columbiana County Sherrif's Office and we are currently waiting for them to arrive here at the house to make our report and HOPEFULLY they will put out an Amber Alert.
If they do not put one out we will be going to Indiana and seeing the Richmond Police and getting Jeanna returned to us.
Please keep us in your prayers.

Thanks Log. I just hope and pray that it goes well. The sherrif's are here now. He's gonna call his prosecuter because this is a multi county thing....we live in Columbiana the incident happened in Mahoning County~ Smith Township. If the prosecutor says we have to go to Smith Twp then I will be calling a very dear friend of mine who happens to work for Smith as a Sgt. I am just hopeful that we can get this resolved quickly and safely.

We just got home and Jeanna is safe and sound. We had to go take care of this ourselves because the law enforcement officials were incapable of being able to help us.

Last night I made a call to MY lawyer who has been handling all of my legal stuffs since my pops passed away and left a message for him to call me asap. He returned my call today and we will be taking care of the "red" tape that had the police hands tied. With alot of prayers and alot of luck we will get to see a sympathetic judge that will date the "Temporary Emergency Custody Order" for Friday's date on it so that we can prosecute the sob for kidnapping and anything else  . I will let everyone know how tomorrows early morning meeting at Lisbon Court House goes. I have put my dissolution on hold so that we can get this taken care first. (It's more important than my dissolution, it can wait a few days  )

Juvenile court tomorrow with my lawyer repping my daughter and granddaughter. Will be so glad when all this is finished and the POS is dealt with. Jeanna is waking up with night terrors now because of this so please keep her in your prayers. My lawyer is pretty awesome, he called me as I was driving home from work to confirm the time tomorrow and also to let me know that he's going for the throat on this case.
